Hey everyone,
I've been posting here but haven't formally introduced myself. My name is Devin and I'm 25, working on Bachelor or Sciences in - Nutrition / Exercise / Health Sciences and Dietetics with a specific interest in Sports Dietetics and Gerontology. In my spare time I am a bodybuilding coach, powerlifting coach, personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I also enjoy american muscle cars and own a 1997 Camaro Z28 pristine condition with all the goodies (headers, suspension, gears, engine work etc). Please don't hesitate to PM me about supplements, training, diet or cycle advice / layouts. I'm here to help!
Some accomplishments:
1.) Best Powerlifting Comp Numbers
280 bench @ 141lbs
400 deadlift @ 141lbs
360 squat @ 141lbs
2.) Best Gym Comp Numbers
355 x 5 bench @ 185lbs (On X-Tren)
Mid 400's squat @ 185lbs (On-Xtren)
High 400's deadlift @ 185lbs (On-Xtren)
I use to powerlift and loved it, however I have three slightly torn lower back discs which cause my BB squat and BB deadlift to be affected. That is why I switched to powerlifting, so far I'm tons stronger across the board. I use to only be strong in the BIG THREE, but that is no longer the case.
Thanks,
Devin
