Hey fucking nubes!:)

Here's a couple tips on how to stop being a lurker and start being an active contributor to this wonderful board.

STEP 1:
Of course this one is obvious. Make an account if you haven't already, and POST AN INTRODUCTION!
Make this your very first post. Many knowledgeable members will lurk your profile and skip right to the very first thing you've posted to see what your about before answering you.
A good intro usually will consist of the following; Age, years lifting, weight, BF, AAS experience, and of course your goals.
DO NOT ask for a source, or even talk about sources.
Then REPLY to every person that extends you the curtousy of welcoming you to Meso.

STEP 2:
Choose a profile picture. Lots of people use this board it will make it easier for you to h be recognized.

STEP 3:
START CONTRIBUTING!
This is by far the most important step and the reason I am making this thread. Many new members will read this and think that because of their limited knowledge of AAS they are not welcomed on this board.
When in fact MOST of our favorite threads here on Meso HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH STERIODS.

Here is a list of our favorite threads that require absolutely NO gym knowledge to contribute to.
What Pisses me off Page
Confession Box
Insaiyans chuckle hut: where smiles are born
Ok lets see your ladies!!!
Where the Metal Heads at?
Guns
Best quotes thread
What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....
Scenic snaps from around the world
Gear review

Knock out room

If there are any other favorite threads you feel could be added to that list^ feel free to link them here!

So you see, there really is no excuse to simply come and ask questions without first adding something of value. When other members lurk your profile and see that you are actively trying to give what you have to this board instead of leaching on information in the underground, you will have a much easier and more respectful time getting the answers you need.

I was gunna add one more thing to this.

Learn good punctuation and double check your spelling and grammer.
No one on here is a grammer nazi but some new member's shit is difficult to read.

For example; Look at my first post, and the one I'm writing now.
There are spaces between paragraphs, commas, and ALL CAPS to emphensize things.
Even slashes, dashes, semicolons, and colons.

Making everything just all one paragraph with little punctuation is super hard to read on here. It makes it more likely for your question/situation to be "skimmed" instead of actually read in detail.

Dr Jim, whether you like him or not, is a great example of how to write on here if you really need a templet.
