After finish a course of test e I lost my sex drive and still haven't got it back its been about 7 months. I had my bloods done and the doc said they were fine. any help would be much appreciated

How old are you? How much test E did you run and for how long? Did you run any PCT? Are you on any other meds?

I'm 24 and I was using 1ml of test e every 7 days for about 12 weeks. And 30mg a day Monday to Friday of dianabol. And I used some HCG after my cycle. And I don't use any Other meds at all.

Wouldn't that be on the mid+ range for natural test?

Would Estrogen levels be higher also.

What possessed you to compose a cycle like that? 250/week won't get your test much above baseline and 3 months of d-bol is crazy talk. HCG post-cycle is be better than nothing but you really needed to add SERMs afterwards.

Anyway, your labs seem alright. Do you have pre-cycle labs?

I second what James23 said. SHBG looks high. Ask your doc specifically about that. Your Total Test seems pretty high so all I can assume is that your Free Test is low for some reason. That's just a guess bro. 7 months off and no libido is weird. Whats your E2? Didn't see that. Your doc might want to check that also.

Yes, have your E2 checked. Your doc should be able to better evaluate if he/she also has those values. It might be pretty high and causing issues.

Does having hi SHBG effect your libido couldn't find anything on the effects of high SHBG only low

High SHBG indicates that you have low Free Test which would mean your body isn't using a lot of the Total Test. SHBG binds to Testosterone, making it useless. Which could of course result in low libido. That's typically combated by increasing Total Test through TRT.

It could also be an indicator that you have high E2 which could also affect libido.

The most likely scenario is that:

1.) You abused steroids.
2.) SHBG increased to counter your E2.
3.) SHBG remains elevated because it has a long half-life of 2 weeks.

So, it'll take you about a month to recover.
