I'm glad I changed my max #s to a more realistic figure. These workouts are demanding a much higher effort and I'm right on the cusp of RPE 9/9.5 at the end of my last set of each exercise.

Running wicked late this morning. Like really late. I had to skip squats and actually drop my weight on bench. Something has been off the last two weeks and I think I've narrowed it down to giving blood two weeks ago or eating too many sweets late in the day again.

Cutting sugar again for sure.

I'm back in the gym tomorrow morning for a killer session to end the week on a high note. Make up those squats and get all swole for the ladies lol

Too many sweets is the main culprit on many cases. Giving blood shouldn't be the issue as you donated 2 weeks ago.
 
Maybe tren, maybe not is my attitude ATM. I'm actually more curious about the oral. I pulled the trigger just so I had it when the time comes.

I've drained a pint of blood and hit a deadlift PR the next day. Seems unlikely it's hurting performance for weeks. I doubt it's the sweets either. Some of those SHW powerlifters eat like ten candy bars a day. It's probably just being tired in general. You said you'd been working a lot.

Dbol and Tran ace is on the way. I had to get the tren Perrin. No self control sometimes :(

Fuck it, you only live once. Might as well be jacked and strong. Speaking of YOLO I pinned some injectable superdrol this morning myself. Here's to poor decisions and lifting heavy stuff.

You might feel great on tren anyway. I did. I'm going to run some more in a few weeks.
 
I've been reading your run up to the superdrol. Curious to see how it goes for you. It seems like a great compound if the sides aren't too much for the user.

Only time will tell. If it gets sketchy I'll drop it because I can't be lethargic at my new job. You can always do the same with the tren ace.
 
Lethargic is tough. I remember the grey tops had me feeling a bit tired usually.

I can't wait for the Dbol TBH. That would put me at 600mg test cyp, 200mg Deca, and I'm thinking Dbol 50mg ed. Exciting times
 
This weekend was an absolute bust. I spent it with my 18 month old goddaughter :):) and that was basically it. She is the cutest thing ever guys. She stole my heart :)

Back at it this a.m.

I went all out volume assault on chest. No real weight to speak of but the back end of some sets gets a bit tough. Quick in and out today and I'm burning all over, power lifting to commence tomorrow!

That's it. Felt really good coming out of the hole. It's only 5# more than my last 5X5 but it felt good. I'm getting wraps and sleeves today. Pantera singlet will be finalized today as well.
