Seems to draw into the needle much faster than test cyp or Deca. You guys notice that as well?
 
Ever have one of those days that just seems to suck in the gym? Of course you have! Today is my day :) no headphones, no wrist wraps. No clue where they went. And for some reason I'm not firing on all cylinders. Something's a bit off...

Right hip decided to get insanely tight at this point. Not sure if I am somehow dehydrated, need sodium or something? Called it a workout for now. Going to hydrate, carb the Fuck Up! And hit it hard again tomorrow morning.

Kinda dissapointed, was making great progress but the sun is sure to rise in the east tomorrow!!

You not alone, as yesterday I felt off as well. As it was leg day, deads were off as was able to pull just 315 for a single.

Maybe we both got jinxed haha.
 
I have a sodium theory. My diet has been light in sodium for two days in a row. That's the only variable that has changed....

I could be insane, prob insane...

could be sodium, could be potassium too. could be you just needed to warm up the area with some active movements more. that happens for me sometimes. sometimes ill have to do more warms ups to get loose and have everything feel good.

where at on your hip is it tight at?
 
I watched one of Rynos rants where he was taking about the importance of sodium. Too low of sodium can cause you to cramp up a lot

yes, sodium and potassium are extremely important.

I learned JUST how important Potassium is a 2 weeks ago. My GF had a heart attack because of a genetic syndrome that causes her to lose Potassium. Too low of Potassium and anyone can go into cardiac arrest.
