if you follow the outside seam of your back pocket on a pair of jeans up to the top of the seam it would be right in that area. Upper outer glute area. It was crazy tight. I'm generally a very limber and pliable.

I'm learning that I have to change the way I approach things as the weights get heavier. New territory...

i get tight in that area too along with right above your front pockets on a pair of jeans.
for the area you are talking about, get a lacrosse ball or softball/baseball and place it in that spot. roll it out side to side and just hang out in any tight areas. if possible, when you find a spot hang out there and try and bring that knee up as high as you can. do that for a couple repetitions. also if you have a band, put the lacrosse ball in that area the best you can while laying with your back flat on the ground. take the band and loop it around your foot. bring your leg (while stiff) up as high as you can, get tension on the band, and bring your leg back down the the ground and hold for 3 seconds. do 3-5 reps each side

Was wondering if the tren was doing anything over the past few days. I'm feeling all sorts of strong with my test and Deca so I didn't know if it was doing its thing or not... I'll say this, the past two nights have been increasingly sleepless and sweaty. Seems like the sides might be kicking in a little after about one week...

Are you running tren E or tren a? This is based off personal experience with tren. I believe some of the Jordy stories are exaggerated. I only get mild night sweats and heart burn here and there. I take a Nexium and it kills the heartburn. I've run tren up to 800mgs/week still no negative sides. No mind you I have had some trouble sleeping ever since my days in the army after numerous deployments. But I get 6 hours of sleep on or off tren.

I use proviron in all my cycles. Proviron is said to be able minimize the sides. I've never seen any solid research on it. As far as strength I will say tren will give strength. Even when I was in a calorie and carb deficit I was setting PR's.

I'm running the cycle you are.

Test cyp/Deca/Tren E
1000mgs/450mgs/600mgs dbol 1st 4-6 weeks then I'm going finish off with drol. When I do my mock meet I'm going to pop 100mgs test base and 100mgs tren base 100mgs drol and 30-40mgs halo. My water intake for two days leading up to my mock meet will be two gallons a day. And on mock meet day another 2 gallons. Oh I will also add half a Adderall prior to the mock meet and half way through the other half. Lol

I'm on ace @ 50mg ed. The sweating is about the only issue I've come across, feel like I'm waking up because of the sweating.

Dbol will come in the beginning of April.
 
Also, I tasted it. It wasn't super spicy or crazy tasting like I've read about. It had a strange taste but not like what I've read about

I know that I tolerate tren well. But proviron make it's side effects like trensomnia and lack of appetite non existing for me. And minimal night sweats. Between tolerating tren well and proviron IMO it's golden. Also proviron keeps my libido going while running 2 19nors. Between the deca and tren I'm over a gram of 19nors. And I'm still getting morning wood.
 
Sitting in the gym, a bit worried. Second set in a 5 X 5 squat session and I feel a pain in my lower abdomen. I have a V taper below my belly button, the pain is halfway down that taper line on the left side. WTF!!!

I stopped squating, live to fight another day.

Maybe a hernia or something?? A little spent from shoveling as well...
