I am owed a free meet by then since they didnt have a medal for me at the last one. they said next time i do a meet at the gym its free. @Masters Power are you doing the meet?

I'm game if you guys are. For me it'll be entirely for fun and just to stay in competition form. My lifts are fucked right now. Weak as a kitten. Based on recent performance I'd say I'm around 500/375/585 tops, but I'm a few weeks in on a gram of test and I'm going to run 100mg ed of drol the month leading to the meet.

I went through the acne gauntlet... every time I trained I had pustules bursting on my back and shoulders. Blood coming through my shirt... then they started on my chest after a couple years. Masteron made them horrible, high dose test made em bad. Big giant hard thongs that would pop at the worst times. Accutane didn't work, soaps, alcohol, chlorine... I hated them.

I watched the documentary cowspiracy and got pretty horrified how the agriculture Industry is fucking up the planet... did you know that farming, feeding and packing animals accounts for more greenhouse gas emissions than the entire transportation industry combined? And that a quarter pound if beef takes 600 gallons of water to produce?

So I quit eating beef and dairy altogether. It only lasted 6 weeks, but in that time my zits completely disappeared- and I was drinking a gallon of milk a day. Once they went away I could do high dose test without a zit. Amazing. One glass of milk or piece of cheese and the zits came- within 24 hours. Crazy how sensitive I am to it, and I survived on it

I experienced the same thing. I cut milk and cheese out of my diet and now I maybe get a pimple here or there. Nothing like it was.











........I'm still a glutton for ice cream though. THAT, I will not give up. Basically eat it nightly.
 
Same here. Stopped drinking milk on my blood type diet and had no acne or acid reflux. First day eating dairy again and I'm immediately back to popping tums, getting acne and gassy

Shit is ridiculous, annoying more than anything but all around ridiculous. I thought the fairlife milk might have been causing some of it and I'm pretty sure that was the case. Hoping the acne meds do the trick but I just hopped back on cycle, soooooo...

Yeah dude. I'm prehabbing and want to stay safe this time around. Training wheels have come off though :mad:

Luckily she wasn't close to me so it's more for him. I just never really knew her that well. I'm a softy when it comes to family. Kind of like an Ickyrica public service announcement is all. Thank you though.

Hip is no joke. Fmj is very uncomfortable. Never an issue with DL, bench or in any other part of life other than squating. 3 plates is my cutoff until it heals, may actually come down a bit further. Starting with a professional PT guy very soon.

The gym was interesting today. I met a cool dude, big son of a bitch. I posted a video of a guy dl 773# a while back. It was him. It was nice to meet the kid, seemed like a solid guy. Cool tattoos everywhere.

Back to business...

All I did was sumo block pull today. They felt good, easy. Hook grip through 405, couldn't keep going with it at 455. Getting better with it. Should have gone heavier, a little bit maybe....

I skipped comp squat and split squats. I start with my PT guy tomorrow and I didn't want to go in a giant mess. If I squat today, tomorrow will suck balls and I don't want it to change how he would approach a client because if pain or something. Not sure if it was the correct move or not but I thought it would be beneficial.
 
Alrighty. So PT was good, eye opening but good. What I learned today was my hips are fucked. I have issues on both sides. The left has issues from over compensating for the deficiencies on the right. All of this stems from my knee injury a few years back.

I'm going to be spending one day a week with the PT guy (who is a year and a half older than my kid!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!) plus his office is in a killer gym and I can workout there on the days he works on me. What that means is that I'm done with squating for competition until my hips are good. I'm not going to push it, want to do it right.

Points of weakness...

I am incredibly weak with supportive muscles. It's very obvious when asked to do specific things.

My feet are very different, how I stand is way off. My left foot is flat while my right has a big arch. This is because I am over compensating on the left. Trukk actually pointed that out in a photo I posted almost a year ago. No joke.

I have what he called the Beyonce. I have an incredibly hard time keeping my hips from driving back when I squat, it happens almost immediately. Again, this is because my left hip is so tight. Butt wink for days!

I'm sure this is just the tip of the iceberg. I have sessions set up and will be continuing to expose and correct weaknesses.

Bench and dl are g2g so that's a win!!!
 
Accutane update

It is getting better, slowly. But it is getting better. When I look at pics with 2 weeks of separation between them I can see a difference.

I am getting a little kickback since I started up on a cycle again but it's nothing crazy, yet.

My nose was a wreck and about a week ago i started (my wife started making me do it) putting neosporin in my nose at night before bed. Holy smokes, world of difference. Dummy for not starting sooner. Lips are always glossed up like a local whore so that's a win!
