It's been a bit too quiet around here lately so I'm back to load you up with weeks of new workouts & shitty pics of me trying to look strong!

I have a 3 month training cycle that started today. Still chasing numbers but I am going easy with squats. I'm still dealing with hip issues.

It has been quiet. But the few of us like @Perrin Aybara @Ickyrica @insaiyan93 @theprodgicalson myself that I can think of off the top of my head. As long as a few of us keep it going we will be good. Things will pick up again in a few months.

I think I found a meet to compete in early next year. APA has a meet in Panama City Florida in February. I might register for that one.

Yeah, I'm not going anywhere. Meso is home. I just haven't been training much with everything going on and I'm busy driving all day at school. Not much to talk about. I'm still running a cycle since I'm doing that meet in September, but at this point it'll just be for fun.

APA is a good fed. They use standard plates rather than kilo plates. Knee sleeves and knee wraps compete in the same division, so get some good wraps. They also use a deadlift bar.

I'm back for a good 3 month push. I figure the summer has everyone living life :) me? Fuck summer! Time to bulk again muther fuckers!!

Yeah, I pretty much bulk and cut whenever I feel like it, too. I can't swim anyway, so not like I'm going to the beach or anything.

so you are doing it for sure? i will probably make the trip down but im not going to compete in full power. either do ironman or just deadlift only. ive got a pretty decent at breaking the state record at this current meet. if not, i will take it at the next meet i do possibly the one in September(699.98). and i also want to get my name on our gym record board for deads and bench by the time i move early/mid next year. both of which i think are obtainable as long as im health, and smart. 730 and 425, respectably, would be what i need to get on my gym board. thats my goal to have by the second quarter of 2018
