Sheiko strikes again

It's an internal issue. Outside conditions are of minimal impact. Water, lotion and chap stick are a staple ATM.


So, general acne update:

I'm a week and a half into the accutane run and the sides are absolutely kicking in. The acne is starting to get little dry spots on the top of some of the bigger cystic nodules. I seem to be getting less of the new nodules in general, which is a win. All in all, my skin feels tighter and dryer. I feel like I'm always working off a sunburn.

One dietary restriction that I have placed in myself is dairy. I have been abusing Fairlife chocolate milk for some time and was wondering if that was compounding my acne issue so I've dropped that from my diet...

Time will tell with this one. I have before pics and will be taking update pics as I go, maybe every 2 weeks or so. Not sure about posting them as I'm slightly embarrassed but we'll see...

diary, specifically Cows milk, ive noticed fucks with my acne flair ups too. i was addcited to fairlife also my man.... the struggle is real.

i found a nut milk at the grocery the other day that has 10grams of protein in it. i gave it a whirl this week and i dig it. but milk doesnt seem to fuck with me at all. ill figure out the name of it if youd like? i forget it off the top of my head

It's all good. I got into fairlife for the calories mainly. As I get older I was finding that I drank less and less of it so it's not a massive loss. Thank you though :)

And the struggle certainly is real. I've always been able to pound chocolates and cookies and all things sugar and never have an issue. That is getting under my skin now, literally. I get a break out from eating junk foods! I never knew how much if a lifestyle change I was in for when getting into AAS. I thought I knew...
 
Accutane update

I'm very, very dry. I got a little sun and had a few drinks over the holiday break but was vigilant with hydration. My lips are a bit cracked and kinda painful. The larger acne bumps are starting to dry out and decrease in size a tiny bit. I'm seeing less activity on my shoulders as well. I am still getting new larger 'cystic' type acne but they are decreasing in volume. One fact of life now is scarring. I have some but nothing bad. The wife is on that for me:)

One very noticeable thing is the sun's potency in terms of creating discomfort on the skin. I'm not a fan of it ATM and when I tell you I love the sun, dude, I love the sun.

So far I am happy I made the choice. I kind of wish I pulled the trigger earlier. Life choices to get the acne and life choices to get rid of it. What a funny and curious journey.

I was using that stuff for my shakes a couple months ago when i took some time off milk. I thought it was pretty gross by itself.
 
Signed up for another PL meet in mid October, RPS is the fed. It's local to me. It's a full 2 days so it seems like a larger one.

I still have a free entry voucher from another federation since I didn't participate. Kind of cool.

This gives me another short term goal. I need it, starting to loose steam at the gym. Work has been crazy busy.

Would like to hit 275#, have a 400 bench, 550+ dl & 500+ squat with wraps. I'm weary of squats because I'm still having real tightness on the avulsion fracture area. The adductor seems like its g2g, not one Milli second of issue there.

Acne. Lol, oh acne. It's definitely fading away but it's now fighting the resistance, so to speak. I've had a few outbreaks of the bigger red ones, but they don't stay under the skin and they aren't anywhere near as hard as the original type (if that makes sense). I actually hate they way accutane makes my joints feel more than anything. I can drink water and moisturize but it's hard to overcome whatever it's doing to my joints. Just overall aches from it
 
Time To Boogie

Coach will have a program for me soon (few days) so that's a win. I have all the supplements one could ever need for a successful training run. I have about 17 million pounds of protein powder on its whey and my food budget is uncapped for the next 100 days. I am changing my heavy work days to evening training hours. there are a few reasons for this. The meet has me lifting in the afternoon hours and I feel like I'm way to cold in the morning to get the most out of my workouts. It's a thought anyway...

This will be my 3rd full out cycle. It is going to look something like 1g test & 600mg deca a week. I kind of want to try anadrol near the end of the training but I will follow the advice I get from coach. So fucking happy to be getting back on deca.

Full caloric breakdown to follow at some point. I'm going to try and track all of this as I go. time to start documenting more...
 
Just make sure that even with the anadrol you can make weight. Should be a good run
I'm thinking I should be good, I hope. I'm shooting for about 20 pounds total in weight gain. Looking at a nutrition calc it looks like I need about 1000 calories a day surplus to get there (5000 calories) I can eat that all day every day.
 
I'll have to keep an eye on it then.

I have a pile of tren base and test base and halo so maybe just sticking to pre-workout stuff is the way to go here.

I suspect that I will be able to add weight pretty easy. Usually not a problem for me. I'm actually going to get my thyroid checked at my wife's request. She thinks I'm hypo and won't stop crapping on me to get it checked.
 
Halo is the real deal. It's a good time.

I've never used TNE, just the tren base. I do know when I took the tren and halo both pre workout I had silly power, but was way to pumped. It was physically painful to some degree, cut the workout short. It was 50mg tren base and 20mg halo that put me there.

I'm not stacking them again lol.
 
So, if you've been reading my log you know I was just in Florida for work. I got to see my father who lives down near Tampa, we haven't seen each other in a few years. We do talk all the time. It's just that life is what it is and it's not always easy to link up.

Anyway, he was floored by how much I've grow. He finally worked up the courage to ask if 'I'm juiced like Lance Armstrong', via email. His words, lol.

I told him a half truth. I said yes, I use testosterone for trt. Went into a half ass explanation on how I got to need trt from OTC pro hormone use. He was accepting but also did some legwork for me trying to find a way to help get me off trt (what a guy, lol)

He sends me a link to a hpta restart procedure. It's a damn @Michael Scally MD thread on Meso. Thought that was fucking riot.
