I'm on a work trip in Orlando right now. Nothing even remotely gym related going on, just premium audio visual dork stuff at a convention. I'll get some pics and videos up tonight, a few pics as the day goes on, too. Highest end A/V on the planet type stuff :):D

Back after a week off.

Light duty today

Some upper body shit, nothing of importance.

All squats atg. All squats had a brief pause in the bucket. Last few reps on 315 needed a little effort, it's been a while lol.

Hips are already tight. Back to mobility erry day.

Started tracking macros today. I want to be able to hit the ground running when my real training starts again. Its been a long time since I've tracked them so this should be a fun little experiment.

I'm not going to post much but a quick breakdown of today's breakfast:

4 large eggs
4 eggs equivalent in egg whites
1/2 large sweet potato
Kombucha drink
Nature Valley Oats & Honey
Protein Shake
Pita pocket
1/2 pot of black coffee

Totals
Calories: 1144
Fats: 32
Protein: 125
Carbs: 167

Actually starting to notice that my lips are dry. I drink a fair amount of water every day as well. Damn, almost like a sunburn.
 
Gonna get muggy and hot soon so that will be a change.
It's an internal issue. Outside conditions are of minimal impact. Water, lotion and chap stick are a staple ATM.


So, general acne update:

I'm a week and a half into the accutane run and the sides are absolutely kicking in. The acne is starting to get little dry spots on the top of some of the bigger cystic nodules. I seem to be getting less of the new nodules in general, which is a win. All in all, my skin feels tighter and dryer. I feel like I'm always working off a sunburn.

One dietary restriction that I have placed in myself is dairy. I have been abusing Fairlife chocolate milk for some time and was wondering if that was compounding my acne issue so I've dropped that from my diet...

Time will tell with this one. I have before pics and will be taking update pics as I go, maybe every 2 weeks or so. Not sure about posting them as I'm slightly embarrassed but we'll see...
