Sheiko strikes again

Holy Fuck that was wicked short but insanely sweet! So I wanted TNE for a pre-workout but I had to wait on that due to an error on my end. I had to settle for TrNE for now.

Pre workout was a couple cups of black coffee, 20mg halo & 50mg TrNE. Yes please!! The pump is other worldly! I think this is better suited for BB because of the pump, maybe just take less of it or something but the increase in strength was undeniable and over the top. I cut the session short because of the pump, that crazy.

I did a simple incline bench session. Hit 2 PRs. Heaviest I've gone on incline and best 5*5 on incline. I think the best I've done was around 255/260 and the 5*5 has to be the best ever because it's the first time I've done it haha

Still moving forward, not much to post though. The gym feels like groundhog day. Press press press lol. Deadlifts are being integrated back into the routine after this weekend so I feel like things are moving at a good pace. Squats are on the horizon.

The 295 felt good. Hammering on my chest and delts are really starting to pay off I think. Everything just feels good right now

That's great you making progress. So you feel your groin is solid enough now to attempt heavier deads then some squats down the line, after all the rehab work?

yes. The rehab will not stop though. The rehab is going to become ancillary exercises that I do on off days. Prevention is the name off the game.

Still working my ass off in the gym. About one month left before I start another prep cycle. Looking forward to having a solidified direction in the gym again.

I just about passed out in the gym this a.m. I was OHP 205 and on my last rep I started to pass out. I barely got the bar back on the ground and everything went black. I remember a good piece of advice, when you are going to pass out just sit down. You can't get hurt from falling if your already on the ground. So that's what I did. I'm lucky I got the bar down when I did tbh.

Maybe it's time to donate some blood again...
 
Oh boy, life sucks a bit right now. Used 50mg TrNE for pre-workout, absolutely hit a vein. All I can taste is guiacol, feel like I'm gonna caugh my brains out but I'm not. It's a nagging feeling deep down in my chest, this is a first. Wicked sweaty as well. Always learning haha

Haha!!! Shit sucks. One time I pinned Tren base into my quad. And I don't get the cough when I hit a vein. But it feels like my lungs are being squeezed in, I got all sweaty and I laid down and said fuck the gym. It felt like a workout just going through that my first time.

Shit is funny after you get over it. Lol. I had one incident where I was pinning my glutes with tren base. And holy hell I was struggling sweating and here comes that SOB tren cough. I literally had a puddle of sweat on the bathroom floor. From the cough and the struggle of reaching back and trying to inject my glute.
 
That would include walking. Not happening atm, lol. Starting to come around anyway, plus it's about 2000 degrees outside today.
Lol ya it is hot as lava where I am as well.

Good that you survived this one and got to love it at the end lol.
