Just chasing a pump with this workout. Went quickly as well. A bit under 45 minutes.

I like them a shit ton myself. If you do them correctly it's damn near impossible to cheat a rep. Solid exercise all around.

I'm getting restless man. I want to pull so bad. I know I can't squat but light pulling is in my sights.
That's good to hear and something to look forward to.

Just got word that we landed a sweet project in Boston. I'll be living in town for like the next 2 months to get the programming done, the wife may not see much of me unless she comes into town

Cant say who the client is at the moment, makes me very visible to anyone who would really want to find me. Like that tax bill? All I have to say is ain't no money like government money.

Nice. Did you buy or sell? That's a good chunk of money.

Sold from an integration standpoint. It's a 'bid/build' project so we bid on it, if awarded the job we go from there. I have 4 guys installing for about 6 weeks straight and then I have a few week of work after that. I end up with a project around this size a few times a year and have a bunch of smaller projects that never stop getting handed to me. All told I have anywhere from 5 - 10 open projects at any time. This is a good one for me though. The entire thing has Crestron programming in it. I'm going to walk away from this job with more c# skills. That's what i'm focused on. Love programming, even if I get my ass kicked. Using my brain non stop is what keeps me happy at work despite the aggravations that comes with it.

So your a programmer. Nice. My wife is truly a developer. But she moved into project management. But her corporation is phase project management out. Now she should be moving into product manager.

IT is a great field. I compare IT professionals to Drs and nurses. You will always be in demand and needed, where ever you go.

IT is definitely a vibrant field. I myself is a systems administrator for a hospital and I do enjoy my job. Currently studying for an information security certification.

I've fallen into an insane job for me, some angel somewhere made this happen for me dude.

I started pulling cable and installing cable TV, phone and internet when I was wicked young and followed that market for a few years. I was always been into music and have played in a band growing up so I went into a vertical market and got into professional audio. I'm ended up being very well rounded with audio and have made a great name for myself but my passion is control systems.

I have a conference in Orlando soon. I'll post up some pics from the show floor. It's absolute madness what goes on at this show. You've heard of CES? This is what CES gets to show but about 3/4 years sooner.

The shows in a month.

Rehab day 1

Abductor/adductor band work
BW lunges
Isolated massaging and stretching

It's nice to use the legs again even if it's a baby step. I've been stretching with the wife at home as well. Since she started krav maga she has been getting tighter and needs to stretch as well. Some of those assisted stretches can get kinda interesting and somewhat kinky when the right person is helping.

standing DB shoulder press
50*12
60*10
70*10

bench
bar*12
135*10
225*10
275*5
275*5
275*5 rpe8
135*15

I've been pretty conservative under the bar since the adductor. That is going to change drastically in the near future.

deadlift :):):):):) it's not much but it's weight on the bar!! I could feel the adductor a tiny bit on the last set.
135*10
135*10
135*10

Wasn't really feeling the workout this morning but nothing felt bad so I'll take that as a win. I have started to pull again but am doing two things as I start back up. First I am going to keep the weight lower for a period of time. Even if I feel like I can pull a house I think I am going to stay lighter. The second is pertaining to form. I need to introduce good habits and make myself a reliable and safe lifter. I feel like rededicating myself to having the best form i can have and keeping the weights lower will be an effective combo as I rehab. I have a longer torso and keeping my lower back straight is a struggle so a fair amount of focus will be applied there.

Good to see ya back at it. Just take it slow and listen to your body. Don't let your ego get in the way and try to lift more, to fast. You got this broski

Thx man. I'm going to be a good boy for this rehab. It's a decent amount of the same rehab stuff, PNF stretching etc and slowly get some real weight on it. I'm ready for the long haul plus I will have a pile of black tops soon enough. Nothing left to chance with this rehab lol

Gotta get some stuff ordered soon for later this year.
