I got Tennessee Whiskey recorded and one other big one I'm not sure the name of. Lots of soul for sure.

As far as pop country most of it sucks, lol. Some of the girl bands i like and Eric Church is decent. 90's pop country was fantastic though.

I'm good with most, Florida Georgia line is overboard though. Can't take that shit although it does make the girls like to drink and dance so... I think it will get better as the current crop of folks get older.

Asap if it's surgery time. This isn't shit really. After my knee issue I honestly don't think I'll ever deal with anything as painful or as long for recovery. Onward and upward...
Keeping fingers crossed...

I've torn the meniscus in my right knee as a teen and it was a long recovery from that that's for sure
 
No update on the mri. It's still almost pain free but tender. Oh so tender.

The blood migration has all but stopped. This is the last pic that I'll post of it. All told the bruise ended up being about 18"L * 13"W. Cool stuff, just wish it happened to someone else haha!IMAG0361.jpg

My cycle is basically over because of this. My growth order will be placed today. Now the question is pct or trt? I'm going to be a trt candidate, that's for sure. It's just when will that be needed, you know? Most likely going to pct just to see how I rebound...

I'd go trt but I'm 40. I can't have my test levels tanks below 200. Sucks and I feel shitty.
 
Talked with POB and have a small game plan for the foreseeable future. I am going to be hitting upper body hard two days a week, will have an accessory day for getting all pumped up and will also be working to keep my legs as 'game ready' as I can.

I am absolutely going to be using this time to cut my weight as well. I hit low 230s at one point, I was crazy skinny, for me, at somewhere around 15% BF and I would like to get that again and maybe keep it that low. I figure i'm around 25% now.

I'm in my mid 30s so I know that I can't be that far off from TRT especially considering that I will be cycling for the remainder of my days.
 
I started trt at 35. My test low 200's. I couldn't understand how I was doing things I was doing in the army with my test that low.

I will be getting POB after this cycle and block of training. We are in talks of an off season program. So I'll be on trt busting my ass. My next cycle won't be for a while. I plan on running this one 20 weeks. So I'll be taking at minimum 20 week break. Shooting for 30 weeks time off.

Not yet... I'm going to call them today. When I had my mri for my knee I found out that day but it was a serious injury compared to this.

The pain is non existent now. Slight discomfort from time to time and it's a bit tight early in the morning and it gets sore layer in the day but all in all its pain free

Still looks nasty tho lol. I'm praying for the best for ya man. Hopefully it's not serious and doesn't take long to heal
 
Talked with the Ortho this morning. Good and bad news but mostly good I think.

I have a partial Adductor tear and it will not require any surgery. I should be starting physical therapy in about two weeks. I'm told this is going to be an aggressive therapy in an effort to get it to regrow back to where it should be. I guess if it isn't aggressive I will build up scar tissue and the adductor may not reattach correctly. So all in all not that bad.

What was not expected is I have an asis avulsion fracture of my hip. I suspect that this has been hampering me for a few months. I have been fighting a pain in that area and couldn't seem to get it stretched out; I was figuring it was just a tight muscle. Nope, I fractured my hip :) I believe that I can actually trace my log back to the day that it happened. I hit 455 for 2 reps on March 5th. On the 9th I squatted again and that is when the Tensor pain started. It was the 2nd rep on the 455# squat that did it. I would put my life on it. Fucking rookie mistake, so gay. I am waiting on a call back about this one, it may need surgery. The fracture is about 3cm which is the threshold I'm being told. Either way I'm happy. I was more worried about the adductor tear.

It's going to be a while before I'm working hard again. I am still going to the comp anyway to support my friend and just get the experience but I wont be in my singlet :( but now I know what's going on and I can game plan accordingly So onto that 400# bench!!

Record keeping and videos have changed how I lift. I can't recommend it enough to people. Fuck, who am I kidding. It's the switch to power lifting that made me more focused and changed my habits to Include those things.

And yeah, the singlet is definitely going to be worn around the house and yard. Lol, maybe wear it to the comp just as a goof even. It's so patriotic! Even my DL socks are.
