Knew there was better bruising in there
DAMN!!! You have the videos. Maybe you can spot a flaw in technique. Or it was just something that was bound to happen.View attachment 67819
Knew there was better bruising in there
Damn man. That looks and sounds horrible. Get some rest and hopefully it's not to long of a recovery time. It hurts me to see that lol@franchise24 I honestly think it was just bound to happen. I've been reviewing the sets I've recorded and talking with POB. I have a hard time with squatting and hip mobility, it's very hard if not impossible for me to get ankles to heels even with consistent stretching.
I did some digging and found a surgical procedure that reduces the coverage the adductor tendon has on the pelvic bone giving the hips a better range of motion. I'm not sure if something like this was needed with me and that's why it snapped? Can't wait for the MRI.
For a reference the bruise is the same size, just changing color if anything. It's about 13" long by 10" wide. I can feel a gap in my crotch where the tendons used to be attached. Fucking wild. The pain is no more than a constant 2 and I am not getting the sharp pain where it tore at this point. What does that mean? Did the damn tendon finally come all the way off and that's why it doesn't pull anymore? So many questions for the orthopedic...
I'm out of the gym for the balance of the week. Will be back first thing on Sunday or Monday to become an upper body beast!!
Got it. I wish you a speedy recovery bro. Upper body beast. At least you can do something.@franchise24 I honestly think it was just bound to happen. I'm pumped the pain is now minimal. Constant pain is a douche and a half. I kind of dig the bruise, it shows that I am not whining for no reason hahaThat's crazy.
I would think it is just the blood migrating. I tore my hamstring playing ball and the back of my leg was completely black from ass to ankle. I looked like a black man from the back. Take it slow and you be fine brohemeth!View attachment 67919
Don't know if I was high this morning or what but I just went to the bathroom at work and the bruise is bigger. Just blood migrating down my leg, right?
Groin without a doubt. The blood has been moving. The pain is all but gone. Slight discomfort if anything. I'm hopeful about it I think.Do you think it tore by your knee or your groin? The bruising looks like by the knee, but it could be migrating.
It's all good about the video lol, I'm jealous man. A country mile away from pop country like you said. I'm a fan of pop country to be honest but stuff like Stapleton is king. It gets into your soul.Sorry for my shitty filming skills. My seats kind of sucked, too. I was online buying them back in December as soon as they went on sale and I had good seats in my shopping cart and my auto fill kept fucking up my info and i ended up timing out and losing them.
