Oh boy, shit got real today. I'm officially injured. First rep in my last set of squats went wicked bad. I went down and once I started to push something in my crotch area popped 3 times. Interior groin area like right were your nut sack is, right adductor area.

So fucking dissapointed right now.

This hurts and I am absolutely worried about it. I'm giving it a little time and if it doesn't improve I will be going to my orthopedic tomorrow.

Fuck me.

Go tomorrow without question. Then request to get to a sports medicine doctor. They will usually decrease your recovery/rehab time depending on severity of injury.

Hope you just strained it. You should foam roll it where you can. A hot soak maybe?
 
That sucks brother! Take it easy, follow docs orders and fuckin get back on it!
I did the same when I pulled apart my left arm in a gym accident 3 months ago. Sucks when it happened while on cycle. Spent a lot of time rehabbing it and now my arm is close to 99%.
 
What is this, the week of groin injuries? Sorry to hear about it.

At least mine is feeling a little better. Not sure if I'll be able to squat this week, but deadlifts went ok today, so it can't be anything major.
 
I'm devastated. I didn't sleep for shit last night. The pain hasn't subsided and the swelling is still pronounced.

I want to flip out and break shit but I'll end up hurting myself :(

I ate so much food. I fucking get up and go the gym without fail. I know I'm not a polished lifter but my effort level is up there. I tried so hard and put everything into this and it's gone now. I can't tell you guys how sad I am right now. So fucking dissapointed and frustrated right now. :(:mad::(:mad:
