Adductor tear. MRI in a day or two. I'm being told it's most likely not going to need surgery but the leg doesn't have any support on the inside and that would be the concern leading to the MRI. It's so swollen lol.

Foam roll a possible muscle sprain or tear? And one on the balls nonetheless? Try foam rolling your balls and come back and tell us how it feels. Serious question, did you think before you typed here?

to further compound what has been said by @Docd187123 get with POB on this one. he will be able to help you for sure. not saying dont go to a DR. but as far as workign aorund this, and strengthening it back up, he knows his shit. i cant tell you how much little nagging injuries he has helped me get through. its to be expected when you push your limits.

and like was already said too, keep your head up and push forward. make progress and focus on what you CAN do, not on what you can not do.
 
Sorry to hear as well! Like I said before, keep your head up and train what you can. You'll be back at it in no time. Lookin at your transformation, you got what it takes to beat this shit!

Get well soon brother. This will allow to evaluate your vids of your lifting and look at your programing. You can make a constructive rest period.

I will be joining the POB late June.

Keep your head up bro, and take your time healing. Don't wanna rush it and aggravate anything. Good luck on recovery.

It's so sore and tender and swollen. It feels like that onset of pain you get when you get golfed in the sack.

I always wondered how I would handle being under a fair amount of weight and having a serious issue occur. Now I know. Oh, and another cool thing about videoing your sets is when something does break you can relive that exact moment over and over and over and over and over and over....

Soon to be bigger faster and stronger :)
