Should I go to my doc?

I posted before that I unjured my left back / left shoulder / left tricep deadlifting. I didn't even know triceps were involve in the lift..... anyway. I thought I just had a very bad pull and I pretty much got better within the last week + but now I think I may have a tendon problem. In my front delt and forearm there is a sharp pain when I try flexing them. When I raise my left arm to do like a front double bi I get a really bad pulling feeling where my back, rear, and tricep meet delt and I can't flex my bicep all the way. I was thinking about going to my doctor, but is there really anything he can do?

It sounds like you could have some nerve damage. You have a bundle of nerves called the brachial plexus that runs from your neck to your fingertips. When these are pinched/damaged, you can experience pain and numbness in your upper arm, forearm, shoulder, etc. It's probably worth a look IMO.

I would definitely go to a doc and see if they can't do an EMG. They stick a bunch of tiny needles into your skin in various places and they are able to measure nerve function.
