Shoulder injection ???s

O-k...King of the ass and quad injections. No problem with either.

Want to fit shoulders into the injection rotation, but to be honest..I'm a little scared.

Can you vets give me some tips...how-to's....what not to do's...etc...

[Dude totaly forget the lower body injections. I have been going in the shoulder and bicepts for awhile now. My bicepts and arms are huge. 21inchs. They ahve REALLY gone up in size since I have been sticking them. I know, I KNOW, people think it doesnt work as a spot injection. well for me it does.

I do shoulder injections very frequently w/a 25ga 1" pin. Inject in the medial head. I don't believe too strongly in localized growth from spot injections.....hell, I don't even know what "bicepts" are! Definitely check out spotinjections.com!

i did a cycle once that was all delt injections. my delts didn't grow from it. if localized growth was true then you'd have thousands of bodybuilders walking around with buffalo butts.

yeah serious bro ... the delts are sooo much better than glutes and I hate quads .. did 'em once and was sore as hell.

Tip I do ... take a gel hot/cold pad ... put it in the microwave for 1 minute then apply it to the injection site for a few minutes. It will soften up the muscle and the injection goes in like butta. NOTE: be sure to follow all sterile techniques.
