Shoulder injections

Another tip in pinning yourself.
First off, I always microwave some water in a small glass then put bottle in water for couple minutes.
I always stretch my skin before pinning.
Use your thumb & index finger to stretch out area you will pin yourself.
Stick needle in fairly quickly, let go of skin, aspirate, proceed to push plunger SLOWLY, pull out needle, all done.
If done correctly you shouldn't have any blood or oil leaking outta you.
(Forgot to mention using alcohol pad to clean rubber part of bottle before drawing, & clean area of skin with alcohol pad also before pinning yourself.
You def don't want an infection!)

Every time i pinned the quads i've had issues. I pressed the 80lb dumbell on the quadd after a chest workout right to the place where i pinned it and it was real bad, couldnt walk for a week. Once i pinned through the vain and got a tren caugh with a eq/test mix, didnt know whats going on and thought i would die, almost called an ambulance

lol. that's how I do it, to a T. stretch skin and all. but on my left quad I hit a tendon or something had to pull out, felt weird. no pain just felt weird.
 
Dude, I did the same f'in thing! You prob didn't hit the outside of the leg like you're supposed to. I got sloppy for a little while and was just pinning straight down into my leg, and definitely hit some veins a lot, leg twitched a couple times also. We're supposed to hit the outside of our leg.
That really sucks, I got sick of hurting then I got smart and googled how to correctly do it again and haven't had that problem at all since.
What I do now it place my hand on top of my leg, I pin outside of that area, 3/4's of the way up my leg.
Stretching the skin is awesome, no bleeding or oil seeping out
I advice everyone to google how to do a IM injection properly, just study up on it and you'll be fine.

I YouTube the shit out of it. That's how I got the whole stretch the skin thing. I pin the outmost muscle top 3rd of it but straight down. On a video it said not to go sideways towards floor/bone

Shit.. I need delts to be able to pin delts lol. If I try to go in an inch there i may bottom out

You have more there then you think brother, lot of people go inch deep, or even more. Then you would need big delts. Me on the other hand hate doing quads.I feel like I'm shoving through steel if the pin is not lubed, that mother fucker won't go in. Plus every single time I pin quads I taste that shit.

Lol. Taste that shit? Doesn't sound pleasant. I haven't had that happen yet. I may try the delt this week or next. Thanks. I do agree though it does take some forcing to get it in there. Hit something last try. Weird feeling. No pain but felt very strange

I hate quads, always crunchy going in and then I then I twitch like being shocked. Delts is by far the easiest

Agreed delts are truly the easiest. I do glutes, delts, pec (last option).. If I do quads I go in so slow it's at least a 5 minute process from needle touching skin to pin being all way in [emoji12]

how is the pain after first inj on delt? and I'm looking at videos on youtube I swear in everyone they say NOT to do something that the previous video said to do.

That is how I feel pinning glutes, feels like I am pinning leather!

Depends on what you are shooting and how much. I usually say at or under 1.5 cc and I usually avoid prop unless I combine it with something else. Either way, I think it is better than the pain I get from a glute shot.... The ultimate test for you will to just give it a whirl. Good luck!
 
So I finally pinned the shoulder with small gauge and it was easy. Quads are definitely the worst for me. Glutes snd shoulders for the rest of the cycle. Found that the painful scar tissue in my glute is all up by my hip so it's working fine as long as I shoot little lower on the side of glute.
