Today was cardio/abs since it was a rest day.

22mins power walking on inclune 300cals burned

Abs:
Lever holds 3x10
Sit-ups on decline bench 3x20
V ups on dip bar 2x10
 
Ended up feeling good went and hit some chest

Flat press machine 4x10 with drop set last se

Pec deck 3x15

Dip machine 3x10

Cables from the top superset with push-ups 3x15x15

Inclune dumbbell orea 3x8

Rope down supersetted with behind the head extension 3x12x12
 
Also just got my package from Dinitro so taking one now
I'd recommend taking your full daily dose in the morning. Makes sleeping a lot easier. First day won't be anything to worry about though.

Same for when you hit 500. Some guys like to split the dose. I found it easier to ride out the larger peak earlier on (cooler in the morning, lol), and catch a rest. Rather than having two peak periods to deal with. T+4-8 hrs post dosing is the worst, so plan around that.

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on 9am tomorrow and next 3 days so 4 days at 250 then when I bump to 500 do 1 at 9 and 1 at 3. Would that work? Or just do a big peak. Cause I'd finish the second peak at 11pm which is when I get ready to sleep

That will work. It's not going to be a huge difference, still a 36 hour half life. I just found I preferred riding it out all at once rather than breaking it up. YMMV.

Hunger really started kicking in today. Ate the same as yesterday but today so hungry. 2 gallons of water my piss is yellow. Never been more vascular in my life my arms/forarms are popping out .

Yes sir. Hungry, glowing yellow piss and so on. Vascularity will be good at first, takes a few days for the water retention to really set in.

You want a laugh, bust a nut on your last day, after it's built up. Your pee isn't the only thing going neon. Watch out for the sweat stains too.

Hey, I forgot to mention, if you start seeing any signs of rash, or blotches that look like sunburn, start popping benadryl, and claritin in the daytime if it makes you drowsy. Get ahead of it, as it likes to spread, and takes a few days to heal up. Not everyone gets it though, didn't see mine until the very end of the cycle.

Already got Benadryl on hand read that was a need. Thanks for the info. Im chugging 2 gallons of water and still could drink more.

Drink as much as you feel you need to. It's amazing how much water you turn over on that shit. Nothing will clear your piss up though, it's gonna stay yellow regardless.
 
Sweat like crazy last night. Had sleep on a towel I was wet sheets were and so my at pillow. Just soaked. I slept great other than that. Was just really toasty all night I needed the windo open with 0 degree weather and the fan on. And in laying there on a towel with the sheet my girlfriend has like 4 blankets and comforter.
