It's almost impossible not to grab bite sized snacks on the shit. Or was for me anyway. They're definitely intense.

Worst workout I've ever had. Absolutely no energy. All I could manage was

20 chinups with 20 dips
Preacher chrls supersetted close and wide 2x12x12
Tricep pushdown supersetted with overhead extension 2x12x12
Hammer curls 2x15
Dip machjne 3x10
Barbell curls 3x8
Dumbbell kick backs 2x10
Inclune hammer chest press 4x8

200 cals walking cardio

Finished another 200 cals just walking on an incline.

@D-Ballin you weren't kidding about feeling my worst. I breathe so heavy it's like I have asthma hot as hell and soak the bed whenever I lay. Will it get worse or stay the same this is day two of 500

Well...considering the fact your are ingesting poison, I imagine worse.

...yes much worse.

@nfdeilvs Looking forward to seeing where you're at after the DNP run, your conditioning is going to be very impressive since you started that lean. Good work so far.

If you're low on energy and training sessions are getting difficult to complete just reduce weekly volume by around %30 or so but keep intensity / % of 1rm and weights the same, you won't lose anything as long as you maintain strength in the gym. Never run DNP before but this is my standard advice for aggressive cutting when training sessions start getting harder to complete.

The bloat will come down over the course of 4-8 days. I was looking more normal the first few, but it took a week before I got the pumped look back. I think you'll be happy once you flush it all out though. Sucks waiting for it to clear though, between the bloat and glycogen depletion, it really makes you look like shit.
