Order placed Jan 8th. After 3 trackers it was delivered today. Used them several times in the past. Will hesitate before using again and until all testing is satisfactory.

I've ordered in the beginning of January, and I was told that they will ship my package before Chinese New Year. Even a week prior to Chinese New Year I've asked my rep that is it really going to be sent? She told me yes...
Of course it wasn't. Then, I received a tracking number on the 10th of Febuary, special line to the EU.
It's been almost a month at this point from receiving the tracking, and it doesn't have any updates!
I've asked my rep, and was told that the customs inspected the package, and if it doesn't update within a few days they are going to reship it.
Is this normal at SSA?
Honestly I don't want to wait another 2 months, this is by far the worst experience what I've ever had.

If it's been seized by customs (many SSA packages have been worldwide currently) then a reship is a great result all things considered.
Ofc it's frustrating to wait a long time but to get a reship sent successfully is s good ending all things considered.

There are several of us who are in exactly the same situation, in fact my package has not been updated since February 10.
Some posts a few pages before mind, including SSA-s made it seem like things are not moving as smoothly as before. The fact SSA didn't respond to my post didn't help.
Grabbed a couple more H36 from the US warehouse. Going to send a vial of this order and a vial from the china H36 that landed Monday. I’ll admit that $420 + shipping test price is a little spicy.
Side note started SSA BPC a couple nights ago 500mcg into each elbow. Not that bad once you get over the fact that you have to jab your elbow and then do it again on the other elbow.

I made two recent orders from SSA and sent 4 of the products off to Jano for analysis. I received 3 of the results today. Definitely excellent results. Only negative was the Reta was 16% over stated amount. I know some might not consider it a negative but for these drugs, being that much over might pose a slight problem determining their dose. Still, great problem to have.
