I have ordered from them several times, never had real problems.
They are not a logistics company, they are not an Import office, they sale SUBSTANCES....

It is total normal that sometimes things happens when you are at that scale.

You dont buy Bananas from your market... .

Based on this logic, it should be quite simple for them to make the 1% of orders that go wrong, "right", in a reasonable amount of time.

I was going to make a nice big peptide order from these folks, but seeing your LONG DRAWN OUT FUCKAROUND THE BUSH story, I will opt to take my business elsewhere, as I'm sure many others reading this are, too.

It fucking AMAZES me; someone can step up to the plate and be the next QSC. But nope, none of these vendors actually want to make money. It's amazing, really.

Why don't they pick up where QSC left off? They should go test all their shit AND provide proper testing credit to incentivize members to do so, too.

My post got read by someone cause it promted a response from my rep.. asking a out what products I'm missing. Fuck we went over this shit yesterday...all I'm saying is if you can manage to send my complete order.. just refund me and let's get this nightmare overwith.

The last time I ordered(mid February), everything went smoothly. I paid, received tracking the following day, and a few days later, my package arrived.

However, this time, my order has been significantly delayed. I paid on February 25th but didn't hear anything until I followed up on March 1st. They then provided a tracking number, only to later realize they had mistakenly sent my order to the wrong person.

They assured me it would be reshipped by March 2nd or 3rd at the latest, but I didn't receive any tracking information. After following up daily, I finally received my tracking number today (March 7th).

Mistakes happen, but in my opinion, they should be resolved more quickly. Now, I’ll wait and see how long it takes to arrive.

Picked it up yesterday.

Quality i will test product by product at my country for free (preventive offer from the Country i live, one product per month possible)

Was my second order with SSA, first time oils.

First order was Tabs only. There were 3 bottles SLU 20mg missing. These were shipped after i informed them.

So far i cant complain about service.

anyone else had a bad experience with their retatrutide? doesn't mix well at all, tried mixing literally 4 of their vials, they all got the same bad result. never had this happen with other sources.
those 3 have been sitting on the fridge after the mix with their unclear quality.
ive tried running the rest through hot water that was suggested 2 me by another source, it doesnt do it, first time I see this shit quality on a peptide. On the other hand, their tirzepatide mixed just fine.

People make wild assumptions like this about sources all the time. Thinking they're wealthy fat cats instead of broke cubicle workers who take steroids but look natty.

I have no idea how much volume they move, and someone is making money somewhere, but I doubt it's their Meso rep or whomever replies to emails/messages.

It can be easily dissolved using bac water. Please contact sales to check the production batch and solvent used
