I got the same thing. I went over to TG to look at the price list after I gave up on the link.
You just have to reload the page every time you open these links for some reason. Then the download link appears

I have some TNE from Sigma which dates from last year (end of 2024) and there is guaiacol (a very very strong smell and a big pip maybe I'm wrong?), I received some today from HYB I could say if there is the same smell too if that interests you
