What about my other order that has been lost for 7 weeks, the one that you denied the tracking number was even from you?
First of all, for this problem, the first package passed the customs and was updated and sent to you. The first time the Courier sent the package, it may be because you provided the address or the Courier sent it to the wrong place. Then you contacted the Courier to change the address, resulting in the loss of the package. This is not caused by our problem, and we will not bear any loss on this order in principle. But for this problem, we can send 50% of the products to you again for free, and we will bear part of the loss.

This sounds like a fair compromise all things considered.
But , did it actually go missing after asking for a redirect to the post office?

The photograph that Evri posted on the tracking wasn't the address given, the pic was of a caravan somewhere, not a house, so I requested it to be delivered to my local post office, or it would have never have turned up.
It was never delivered to the post office and Evri said it had been lost.
Evri drivers get less than 50c per parcel delivered so you can see why they can't be bothered.
No direct phone number to Evri, email only and they've stopped replying

They could write a non existent address on an empty box, post it so tracking exists and keep the money off everyone who spends 2k then couldn't they.
As said in my post, tracking says undelivered, email from Evri saying its lost. What more proof can anyone give.

What if the courier decides to kick it around the floor and 50 vials of primo get smashed. By your reckoning I have to take that on the chin
