50mg daily? That's like 400 bucks every 10 days. I have a few kits on the way of the 10mg version. Got nothing out of mots-c. Tried 5mg and 10mg daily. If anything I feel sleepier.
You definitely don't have to do 50mg long-term. You can use it as a quickstarter and then taper down/off/match with mots to stretch the vials.
 
Um, if you're using the standard HED calculation using body surface area constants for mice and humans, the calculation would be 50mg/kg for mice * 3 (Km for mice)/37 (Km for humans) yielding 4.05mg/kg for humans unless I made a mistake somewhere (always possible.)
Yeah mb, I've done the math for rats and not mice.
 
Yeah that's what I heard too. That was just my morning dose. Was planning on 300mg.
Let me know what you think. I've only really seen peptide guys talk about it, not really any body builder feedback. I'll probably try some soon. I have slupp and sr9009 on the way. I take methylene blue currently, but just getting into the mitochondria drugs
 
Yeah. I think the common effective dosage will be 100-200mg per day.

I was thinking this was one of those compounds that needed to be dosed in the gram range like 5-amino 1MQ (based on translating mouse studies to human bodybuilders), so efficacious dosing would be cost prohibitive.

Good to see you're getting by on much less.
 
Well SLUP dosing escalated quickly form mcg to mg, close to .5gr

As with many of these compounds, difference between affordable dosing and efficacious dosing.

Things that might work great but people run super-low ("affordable") doses. Maybe get some placebo action.

It happened with BPC-157 & TB500, people dosing in ug instead of mg. And I'll bet we'll see something similar with 5-amino 1MQ (dosing in mg instead of g).

Efficacious doses for some of these compounds could easily be >$10/d.

And we're still guessing what constitutes "efficacious dosing" (or efficacious at all), for bodybuilding.
 
Here I was thinking i would be doing 500 mcg of slupp332 2-3 times per day smh

It's so expensive I wouldn't even put it in a protein shake. Could lose some in whatever's leftover in your shaker.

Straight spoon to mouth. Or maybe someone can figure out the solubility to make a solution or suspension.
 
Would be very interested in capped SLU. Current prices for pre capped SLU at 200 mcg are insane.

I’m sure better effects would be seen at higher doses, but it’s impossible to ignore that even this dose is doing something.
