I would be of the opinion that a standardised way of resolving this issue across all customers would the the best way to go about this.
I have spoke to some other members in private and they have said that they will not be paying for the second packages.
I do not want to pay if others are not paying.
I hope that makes sense.
Those who don't pay should be banned from the store. They were pretty generous to offer reshipping after just a month. QSC had a policy that you had to wait 3 or 6 months at least for your package to arrive.

You guys screwing this source over will fuck the rest of us. I assume SSA will soon implement a new policy too.
 
Regarding the customs inspection that delayed the package, we immediately sent the second package. Request to pay the fee twice. Our original intention of doing this is to allow customers to get the package faster and have a better customer experience. Regarding this industry, customs inspection is an occasional thing. We have actively made a policy of free delivery again. Regarding the second shipment, the salesperson informed that if you receive two packages, you need to pay the package fee again. Regarding cooperation, it is mutual trust between the two parties. If you cannot pay the second fee due to economic conditions, you can ask the salesperson to give you a discount and pay us a little fee so that we can recover the cost. We do not ask for any profit from the second package. If you can't accept this, you can pay us in installments. We don't want to affect the whole thing because of such a good start. This will not cause us a big loss, but it will reduce trust. We will also let the salesperson emphasize this matter. If the customs inspection cannot wait for a month to finally confirm the package, we can ship it immediately, but if the customs releases it, you need to pay the second fee. If you don't want to pay the second fee, wait for about a month to finally confirm that the package cannot be released. We will resend it without you paying the second fee. We have done the best service we can. I hope everyone can understand and support each other. Thank you

When was it mentioned that the second package have to be paid in case it gets delivered? I only asked sbout the status, the reship was offered but nowhere mentioned that its possible that both will be delievered and if so how to deal with it?

We will provide training to our sales staff. Customers must be informed of such policies.

If you order a TV of which you need one and you get delivered 2 are you happy to pay the full price for both?
Honestly, to me it just seems like another under-handed ploy to sell off double the merchandise. You didn't ask for it, they could have waited, but here you are with double... they get paid for two orders vs one. You're being an honest patron... are they?
 
@ovrdooze I had one of the most respected sources here accidentally ship my order twice a while back. He contacted me to let me know two would be coming, I immediately offered to pay full price for the duplicate, he thanked me for the offer and said he would be happy with half since it was his mistake.

Different situation of course. Plus my order was all GH, which I would definitely use, and I had the money just sitting in my btc wallet.

You make a great point bro. Although, to me, this just seems like a "hustle," taking advantage of the situation, and scoring double the sales for the vendor.

I say this knowing the track record of this seller and others just like them...
1. Shipments sent missing items because they're out of stock... why send it?
2. Super Shred fiasco was like pulling teeth.
3. Can't get a straight answer on oils OBVIOUSLY containing GUAIACOL and potentially other hazardous substances.
4. Because of their "policy," testing basically will cost anyone $500, and rolling the dice with another order.

We had a long list of grievances several pages back.

Now, this vendor wants us to go along with all their excuses and shortcomings. With all the problems involved with shipping, and sensitve nature of this type of market... they should get it right the first time. No... I don't buy it... they should get their act together instead.

I like what I’ve seen from a number of sources recently, if something happens to the pack they’ll re ship the whole thing at half the cost or half the pack at no cost.

Flawed tests. You don't see what's not being measured. There is no testing of aggregation or the amount of active ingredient lost as a result.

If you filter your tap water and it tests "pure", that doesn't mean it's pure.

Jano's basic testing is not overturning what the rest of science has long established as fact.

So to be clear you guys made the mistake of sending a second package without confirming the package was actually seized by customs and are now expecting the customer to pay for your mistake?
 
I placed the order on Thursday, received the tracking number on Friday. Today the package is already in my country and will probably be delivered tomorrow.

It's not that simple. Vendors always get praised for reshipping, the sooner the better.

And sometimes tracking just never updates and the pack is considered lost.

Should reships only be considered if the customer gets a seizure letter? And people are gonna stop complaining when their pack hasn't moved in a certain number of months because lost packs are no longer covered?

A vendor I use just fairly recently changed their policy. Used to be 30 days, now it is 60 days before they will reship and now apparently they only reship once. If it gets grabbed again, you are SOL. Kind of disappointing.
