Yeah. I'd call it inferior for myself. I get no appetite suppression at all. Tirzepatide I'm miserable if I start to eat too much. It works way better *for me*"far superior" is a bit of a stretch.

Honestly, I started wondering if the whole Reta hype was just a push by YouTubers to drive affiliate sales. Personally, I saw no real benefits over Tirz.I hear "I feel nothing on Reta, this is great!", so often, it leaves me shaking my head, lol.

I didn't get bloodwork done, so maybe some markers improved, but my blood glucose stayed the same, and hunger suppression only kicked in at 10mg (and it's very mild). Meanwhile, Tirz at 2.5mg had me feeling nauseous.
With Reta, my resting heart rate went up, lethargy got worse, and the only noticeable effect was reduced food noise and a lighter wallet.
Thinking of switching back to Tirz or trying something new. Not changing anything yet since I'm late in prep, but planning to switch during my push phase.
Main goals: Maintaining good insulin sensitivity, stable BG with high carbs, lower inflammation, and better satiety while reversing from a deep deficit. Any suggestions?
This might not be a completely fair assessment since I started prep using Tirz before switching to Reta, so the lethargy could be from overall fatigue. However, it did begin pretty early on.“With Reta, my resting heart rate went up, lethargy got worse, and the only noticeable effect was reduced food noise and a lighter wallet.”
First I ever heard of lethargy is worse on Reta than Tirz.

I definitely expected more from Reta, especially with all the hype around glucose control, but I haven't noticed any changes even deep in prep (which might be influenced by my use of 18 IU HGH and no insulin).
There are a lot of variables at play currently, but based on my experience and overall well being, I believe Tirz might be a better option for me moving forward. I'll keep experimenting with both compounds since I'm placing an order this group buy. Just trying to decide what to get so I can plan ahead for my rebound![]()
Thanks for the info. I hadn't heard of that compound before, so I'll definitely keep an eye out for Amylin and grab it once it becomes available.Eli Lilly may be viewing Reta as "meh", unworthy of being launched as the Zepbound successor after the initial results with their new amilyn/tirz combo.
"We think the data today is a sign that the real successor to tirzepatide is the tirzepatide-eloralintide combo, said Jefferies analyst Akash Tewari."

For now, I'll probably just go with a kit of Tirz and Reta.
Not gonna lie, I'm kind of obsessed with insulin sensitivity and BG control. My levels run pretty high when I'm on a solid dose of HGH, so I'm always looking for ways to manage it without abusing insulin (though I still use it on high carb days).
Got any peptide suggestions to stack with Tirz? I'm placing an order this group buy and want to experiment with a few compounds over the next few weeks.
The fact that you’ve tried both makes your comment hold more weight than some on here who have not and think Tirz is superior. As far as bodybuilders/weightlifters go, the feedback I’ve read makes me believe Reta is better than Tirz for most. Tirz was great for weight loss, but Reta was much better for making gains in the gym. You can eat as much or as little as you like. The glucose control is “likely” better than what you get from Tirz. And my metabolism was crazy high. I continued to get ripped even when eating excess calories.Yeah. I'd call it inferior for myself. I get no appetite suppression at all. I've heard of CGMs but never looked into them much, thought you needed a prescription and that the readings were delayed since they measure glucose IM, not directly in the blood. If you're focused on glucose control, a critical part of so many aspects of health, invest in a good continuous glucose monitor like the Freestyle Libre 3 plus.
I'm not exaggerating when I say it'll change your life, in terms of diet and habits.
I wish every biomarker could be monitored in real time and logged like glucose is with this thing.
Size of a penny, completely unobtrusive, and an amazing insight into how your biology is functioning in real time.

Honestly if you haven’t tried both and don’t lift your opinion of Reta means nothing at all.
You’re a fucking retard who relies on ChatGPT to give you answers when you’ve never tried something. But always seem to have an opinion on everything. If you don’t know something shut the fuck up you idiot. We get it. You are a fat ass and love Tirz. You don’t lift weights or use steroids so Reta has very little use to you. lolLol, you're such a passive aggressive pussy.
Comments like this are absolutely unnecessary...Lol, you're such a passive aggressive pussy.
He cannot help himself. His immature lack of impulse control is what’s gotten him banned 2-3 times. Pretty funny really.Comments like this are absolutely unnecessary...
Just checked and saw they're around $130/month without a prescription, so I might try it for a month or two.
