Which I been meaning to ask here for a while, if taking HGH exogenous does it matter if you take it after eating?
The claim behind tesa is higher blood sugar causes your body to release less HGH. Of course if you’re injecting HGH instead of releasing it then does it really matter? Aside from the whole insulin resistance thing, if that isn’t a factor does it matter if you take HGH after eating? I ask because I want to try HGH pre workout but I gotta have my protein shake after man lmao!
