Recently I've been determining my dosing of GH by how much I can take without getting disruptive carpal tunnel syndrome. If I don't get any tingling, I increase the dose. If I cannot type or hold the steering wheel without going nuts, I decrease it. Target dose is the one that gets me a few brief tingles about 3 hrs after the dose. In me at least, any water retention seems to preferentially affect nerve sheaths, and the median nerve is the most sensitive as it courses through a physically restricted space.

That target dose does depends on the brand. When I was using meditrope (not sure if it is still available) that was 4iu/day. Bought some K4L and it was quite a bit higher... and rarely mixed clear despite careful reconstitution. I'm now using SSA and Opti Gold Top kits which I can take 7-8iu/day. Some of that is no doubt my tolerance increasing over time. But I have a feeling if I shot 8iu of Meditrope I'd have some problems... think I still have a couple kits in my pep refrigerator so maybe I'll go back to it when I finish the current kit.

Funny, I heard Joe Rogan joking with some bodybuilder about how decades ago you used to hope for carpel because that's how you knew the $20/iu stuff you bought was real. So when I get a little in one finger occasionally l remember this story lol.

TLDR, cartilage and tendons produce glycosaminoglycan to draw water into an area for lubrication of joints.

Growth hormone stimulates production of glycosaminoglycan. Too much and tissues swell up, pressing on nerves.

It's as simple as that. "Contaminants" wouldn't draw water into your joints. Real GH does.

Got two kits of those 36 IU from them and praying there is no jizz strands in it. Did you use phone light or black light to see it? Or was it just obvious with naked eye?

People need to buy a black light. You might be scared of the stuff you see. Even with filters, I'm not running a vial of anything with floaters.

That's just personal preference though. Some guys here apparently will pin stuff even with floaters which is WILD to me.

it basically all dates back to 2021 or 2022 i think. ive been on steroids a few years and my barber randomly asks me if i am on stuff because i am big and he is swole asf barbering my head with his big ass arms.

he has some random ass fitness coach who is amateur bodybuilder. that guy has connections and are selling to all his clients. so we just talk here and there one day all 3 of us one day when we're in the shop. and i've found chilton labs through reddit or whatever at that point. and the coach is telling my friend he can get cheap anavar.

but i have chilton labs who sells 100 pills anavar for 20$ so i upsell it for 40$ for 100 pills and underscore his coach by like 100% in price. anyways my friend the next day is like how the fuck are you able to get stuff so cheap. and thats when i showed him chinese sources and explaining they dont get caught in customs because everyone that lives in my country denmark think we have very strict customs.

my friend then directs me to his coaches source and i help him source cheaper stuff than he was from european sources buying wholesale.

anyway fast forward to 2025! im at the barbers and my friends tell me he was caught and the coach who were getting him clients knew where his warehouse was (registered address to his name). he was with his sister or whatever in his apartment and they let her go when they arrested him so she knew and told the coach.


so before the police came there we came there and raided the place so the police wont charge him for it. although im pretty sure he also had shady stuff on his main address.

i had to grab bunch of stuff and put it in my car and drive back and fourth like 2 times to get everything i needed for 10 years. i didnt grab more because i simply dont think it'll be safe after 10 years
