All the knowledge we have out there on aggregation is from pharma's experience. No one is writing papers yet on UGL hgh

There's also no consistency in reporting. Are all the floaters being seen in higher concentrations? That's a factor in how likely aggregates are to form. 36iu (really 40) should be 3ml (3.5ml even better), for instance. Pharma isn't reconstituted in random amounts of water.

So it would be helpful to know.

Did 3.6ml for 36ui also just filtered it 0.22 pes filter, looks clean except like few string like threads Idk why that didnt filter ? Or maybe it was reformed after ? Was under assumption 0.22 filter will filter everything visible but im new to this also my last filter for now

It reforms after, (it did in mine, but not in Lobster’s). It might be due to the pH being wrong like @Ghoul was saying earlier. Maybe using PBS or another buffer with benzyl alcohol to recon would stop them forming.

Also, if not already, use the max BAC that'll fit in the vial, 3.5ml. Lower concentrations reduce chances of formation/reformation.

You also don't want to do things under high pressure conditions, so go slow, and using a large gauge needle on the filter outlet is preferable. 25g or larger.

So after filtration it should be semi-fine? Used 21g needle i always do slow as possible everything with hgh just in case…

Also any recomendations on pH ? Will buy test for it to be sure its that/not that

Should be around 6.1-7.4. 6.7 is ideal, slightly acidic.

Different from serostim?
I have PBS on the way LOL

Reta is not FDA approved yet but quick search shows around pH 8

Hospira bac is usually below 6pH.

7.4 is the most comfortable. since it matches human ph. "isotonic"

But depending on the protein involved. it may not be ideal for storage in reconstituted form.

rHGH is most stable when it's slightly acidic.

Commercial formulations include buffers to reach a particular PH after reconstitution, and some go closer to 7.4 for a more comfortable injection, but include other stabilizers to prevent aggregation for the inherently less stable conditions created by that higher PH. Serostim is the exception, a 30 year old formula, with a 7.4 target ph and no anti-aggregation excipients. On the other hand it's stored and shipped in temperature controlled conditions (below 86f), protected with nitrogen, so it's not damaged in any of the ways that promote aggregation (oxidation, heat).

A box near the top of a shipping container from China can hit 158f, so by the time it reaches us, it could be very susceptible to aggregation vs undamaged rHGH.

this is just 1 one of their companies i could find which has dissolved now so it dosent matter i leak it.

and their sales reps whatsapp numbers defiently match the real companies i've found linked to real sigma audley company. you're dealing with a real company here.

but i dont blame you, everyone is saying they're resellers to sound smart when they dont know anything.

the people you're chatting with tho is probably worthless, they're just customer support people.

the most disturbing thing is finding out they're not only china company, but have ties to india aswell...
Well aint that something!

Hgh36 from last month i bought 3 vials all have floating shit in it 2x recostruted with bac watter from different sources 1x with sterile vater from local pharmacy
Can you share which COA was given for this batch? I was about to buy some SSA GH 36 that tested at 40ish. Black tops. Thank you if you have it.

is it only SSA that has the stringy floaters in the 36iu?
does HYB or lobster have it in their 36iu?

Visible aggregates have appeared in everyone's rHGH at one time on another. Opti & Lobster had reports of it recently.

It's more common in higher dose vials.

This is not like "floaters" in oil. They form based on the presence of damaged rHGH, and/or too high concentration, PH. rough reconstitution, and other factors.

Because our HGH36iu test actually reaches a high concentration of 40iu, this situation will not occur when using pure water. If water containing preservatives is used and exposed to light, there will be a small amount of flocculent substances, which is actually caused by damage to the hgh fragments or problems with the dissolved water.
