Post-Drying in Lyophilization:

Once secondary drying is complete, the post-drying process begins with pre-aeration of the product. During pre-aeration, the vacuum is broken with sterile gas before the vials are stoppered. At JHS, this is done using sterile dry nitrogen or another inert gas. If the vacuum is broken with untreated sterile air, the product might absorb oxygen and water vapor. After pre-aeration is complete, the stoppers are sealed into the vials under a slight vacuum. After the stoppers are fully closed, the vacuum is fully broken with sterile air.

Even the cheap $1500 Chinese desktop 500 vial lyophilizers have a nitrogen purge valve built in. All they'd have to do is hook up a $50 nitrogen tank.

It's really not a big ask or requires some major change for suppliers to start using this method to extend shelf life, maintain sterility, and provide better protection against degradation in uncontrolled temperature shipping.

Lobster should have just said he was nitrogen flushing his vials

I didn't want to give anyone that idea, but yeah, "That lot was nitrogen flushed. but not all our machines have that capability" would make for a good cover story for no vacuum lol.

Ordered and shipped 8.26 fed ex...nothing since...but did get something showing USPS in Florida got sent to me...have no idea...but maybe its my SSA order lol

yall act like you don't eat the ass of a girl you just met 30 minutes ago in the club talking about vacuums in the vials and nitrogen and shit

I actually didnt, I neglected to click the picture. My B.

It could be that the label wasnt created until it hit stateside, this can happen.

It could be your rep forgot to place the order and they're just playing catch up.

Who knows! But SSA has been very good about customer service since they took the market over. I do think they'll take care of you.
If you haven't got it I doubt you ever. They closed shop. I had my label created last month on the 26th and not received any updates from my tracking number

same, on 26th I got the tracking, on the 31st it showed DHL has received the information of the label but doesn't have the package yet and no sign ever since

I m pretty sure they knew they were about to close ever since last months promo and scammed some, my tracking says when I put it in DHL "shipper only, not seller" also which is odd
