Simply Shredding!

Thanks for your input guys. I had an amazing back workout this afternoon, high volume, heavy as I could muster. Balls to the wall 100% exertion.

Started with lat pulldowns, x4 sets
120 x 20
150 x 15
190 x 12
210 x 10

Moved onto shrugs since the machines were mostly in use. It seems like everyone was hitting back today!

125lb dumbbell shrugs x3 sets
x15
x12
x10

Hammer Strength rows single arm x4 sets
2 plates x 20
3 plates x 15
3 and a quarter plates x 12
3 and a quarter plates x 7

Lateral cable rows x3 sets
150 x 15
190 x 13
210 x 11

Cable pulldowns x3 sets
120 x 15
120 x 12
120 x 9

Dumbbell rows x3
110lb x 12
110lb x 10
110lb x 7

At this point my grip strength was about toasted.

I really wanted to see how Deads felt so..

Deadlifts x2 sets
225lb x 10
315lb x 2 (grip just gone at this point, but the weight felt light otherwise)

Finished up with some dumbbell hammer curls 45lbs x3
x15
x12
x10

Regular dumbbell curls 30lbs x2
x15
x10

Overall I felt really good, and I took a decent amount of time between sets due to being winded pretty easily. (Rested around 2 minutes max).

Blood pressure checked, 130/65, not too bad at all considering.

On a side note, I actually ended up snacking a little after breakfast before my pre-workout meal. I had some Cheetos which I'm not too proud of due to them having a slightly higher fat content than I'd like. It did add in a few extra carbs, however, and I increased the rice in my pre-workout meal from 280g of white rice to 350g for even more carbs.

PWO shake stayed the same, and I have rice cooked for meals 5 and 6 waiting to be portioned out.

It's been a great day so far and I'm really happy with how I felt in the gym. Like, things are clicking again.

*FWIW the doxycycline isn't a concern to me, as it's commonly prescribed for up to 3 months at a time. It's actually working wonders in the two weeks I've been taking it, and might stop after the first month if I feel I don't need it anymore. I've had a little bacterial infection in my skin since starting TRT a few months ago (even with my E2 dialed in), and so this will be a short harmless remedy. However, I do appreciate your concern.

Additionally, I've decided to heed Ferenor's advice and keep my dosage the same for the last 4 weeks. It will look like this:

April
1,000mg test cyp week 1-4
350mg tren ace week 1-4
100mg anadrol ed week 1-4

May:
1,000mg test cyp week 5-8
525mg tren ace week 5-8
30mg halo ed week 7-8 (Will keep an eye on BP, have Ramipril on hand, and will be mindful to lower the dose if necessary, and keep in mind this dose is only for 2 weeks).

June:
1,000mg test cyp week 9-12
700mg tren ace week 9-12
100mg anadrol ed week 9-12
10mg halo ed week 9-10

July:
1,000mg test cyp week 13-14 then drop
700mg tren ace week 13-15 then drop
150mg anadrol ed 15-16
20mg halo ed week 14.5-16

*drop creatine week 15
Week 16 measure BF

August:
Cruise - Introduce Test Prop for 2-4 weeks alongside Cyp to jumpstart TRT blood levels.

Thank you all for reading and may you have a pleasant evening and weekend!
Do barbell rows. Stretch lats at bottom. Pull overhand, low into the groin area, then really squeeze those elbows back at the top of the movement until you feel the squeeze in your lats. Stretch, squeeze. Stretch, squeeze.

Move deadlifts to earlier in your day when you are not tired.

I've decided to prioritize my training with the following split, and I want to keep this in place for the next 6-8 weeks.

Sun - off
Mon - chest/shoulders
Tue - quads/calves
Wed - off
Thu - arms
Fri - hams/calves
Sat - back

I went to bed weighing in at 215.8lbs and woke up weighing 215.8lbs! I know my body is still adjusting to the increase in test. I went from a TRT dose of 240mg/week to 1.5g within the past 12 days. As of this week I'll be lowering the dose to 1g, and then things should start to balance out from there.

My refeed yesterday was decent, while definitely putting me in a surplus of calories, I consumed a bit more fat than I'd have liked.

This morning the mirror dictates what seems to be more water weight, possibly due to me consuming lots of extra sodium and carbs (white rice and soy sauce). I look more blurry than yesterday morning, yet also more full. I weigh a whole 2lbs heavier today. The cuts in my lower pecs are more prominent and overall my upper body looks rounder and more muscular. I like this feeling and look.

Today, I will be drinking less caffeine than usual since it's my rest day, and will put emphasis on consuming more h20. Overall, today will be pretty relaxed. I might go to the gym to foam roll and stretch. Diet today will revert back to default. No carbs during breakfast, no PWO shake, and I'll throw in an avocado during meal 4.

Even though I'm not lifting today, I will still take 100mg of Anadrol. I want to keep things as consistent as possible. I do Tren injections every morning and take the drol in one dose 1-1.5 hours pre-workout. Test injections are Tuesday morning and Friday night. I take Pramipexole every night before bed, and last night I increased the dose from .5mg to 1mg. I felt fine and I will stay at this dose throughout. Lastly, and less important, I take Cialis, Anastrozole, hCG and t3 in the am and when called for.

I'm feeling great so far! There's not really any side effects to complain about. I'm not prone to hair loss with these compounds and neither am I gyno prone. I don't feel the need to go above .25mg of adex eod, but I might experiment with .3-.5mg dosing as the test kicks in. Plans to get bloodwork done will be for next month. On a side note, I'll be receiving my pre-workout and EAAs next week. Things are coming together.

*I will be posting progress pictures along the way when I feel they're warranted and continue to report daily about my workouts, how I feel in the gym, and how I look/what my weight is.

Stay up guys and enjoy your Sunday! Thank you for reading.

This morning, upon waking. Start of my journey.

What brand gear are you running? I noticed you said it’s not Pharma grade which explains the high dosage. Some ULGs actually overdose their gear so you could be taking more.

Drove to the gym to foam roll and stretch out. Luckily, it's very close to me so I have no problem going there for a short period of time. I noticed my abs are decently tight/sore even though I didn't directly train them, must be from yesterdays back session. Everything else felt good, no pain or overly sore muscles. I'm happy to take today off, as I feel my body really needs a rest.

I woke up very hungry, but even so I delayed eating until 8:45am. I only consumed a sugar free monster and some water until I was ready to eat. Drol dosed first thing along with ancillaries. For breakfast I dropped the instant oats and added ~100g of avocado. The rest of my meals will stay as outlined.

Staying low key today, as it's Sunday and a rest day. Want to really let my body heal up. Something I forgot to mention is that upon waking, I felt really beastly. It's hard to describe, but my voice was noticeably deeper and I just felt solid. Cloths fit a little tighter than I've been used to, and testies were more full/plump.

Anyway, that's all for now. Enjoy your morning fellas.

Went to bed at 215.2lbs, woke up at 214.8lbs.

Yesterday I was considerably tired, I think I over-trained just a little bit on Saturday. However, today, I'm feeling good and not overly sore. Recovery is pretty amazing considering.

I mistakenly took MT2 last night before my last meal and lost my appetite, so I replaced meal 5 with a shake, 50g protein. I also added a shake between meal 3 and 4 for an additional 50g of protein to keep my intake more consistent. Since it was my off day I had dropped the PWO shake, but from now on I'll be utilizing the shake just without carbs. This will keep my protein high and even. I also removed about 30g of carbs from meal 2 yesterday.

This morning, upon waking I feel decently full still, and less blurred than yesterday. My abs are more visible and my love handles are protruding less than usual. Although the scale isn't changing much, I think I'm making progress. It's only week 2-3 so I still have time to change things if I need to.

Off to do cardio, have a good morning!

Foam rolled and stretched before cardio, which was easy. No abs this morning. For breakfast I removed 1 pack of instant oats and added 50g avocado and 90g strawberries for the micronutrients, and to tweak carb rotation. I might do this twice a week until the next phase of dieting begins.

Chest and shoulders later.
