Sinus issues unbearable

I get similar sneeze attacks. I have narrow breathing passages that get clogged and inflamed easily. You should definitely see an ENT doc. There are too many things it can be going from your history. It can be hereditary-allergies. It can be from the nose breaks. Or it can be from recently formed polyps.

If it's either of the second two, though, you can usually get some relief from phenylephrine which for some reason is difficult to find in a nose spray these days. Walmart sells it as Equate "fast acting". Every other nose spray that isn't phenylephrine is either useless or harmful. Phenylephrine ends my sneeze attacks instantly.

I have sinus issues as well. Last ct showed one side 100% blocked with polyps, the other 95%.
The surgery to fix it is about 8 grand without surgery. They go up and basically roto-rooter/cut out all the growths, use cocaine to constrict the blood vessels, then pack with gauze. It's outpatient and they remove the gauze a week later. If you've met your deductibles you've got it made.
Being on test wasn't an issue when I was going to get it done, however; I changed jobs before the surgery and wasn't able to get it done.

A chick I dated had to have it done twice before it fixed it

I looked into this surgery. Deviated septum/broken nose from one too many fights being young and dump. ENT doc offered to save a grand or so between anesthesia and surgery (outpatient) cost if he did the surgery within the office. Pretty much give you pre op pain meds 30 mins before your visit, a shot in your nose at the clinic and the rest of the procedure goes as planned.

I just can’t get past the packing part. I’m a little too impatient to walk around with shit in my nose for an extended period of time. Down side is being clogged sucks as well. Maybe one day I’ll get it fixed.

Hey I looked around an found out bronkaid has 400 mg Guaifenesin regular mucinex has 600 mg in it an extra strength has 1200 mg in it I hope it helps bud

My wife has severe allergies, she’s tried a lot of OTC meds. Cetirizine hasn’t been very helpful withoit the drowsy feeling. It does take 2-3 days to build up and you basically need to run it for an extended period of time. I’m my wife’s case that’s until allergy season is over (we live in the South).

Aside for that, you really should go to an ENT.

EDIT- l meant that Cetirizine HAS been helpful and without that drowsy feeling you get for other antihistamines.
