Six pack diet

Most effective and best diet plan for six pack is mention below...
8 am: Breakfast
1 chicken breast, 1 cup of steamed brown rice, 1 small salad.
11 am: Snack
Turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread (NO cheese or mayo!!).
2 pm: Lunch
8 ounces of top round steak, 2 boiled red potatoes, 1 cup of cottage cheese (make it non-fat)
5 pm: Snack
Egg white omelet, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
8 pm: Dinner
8 ounces of fish (salmon/tuna), 2 cups of whole wheat pasta, 1 small salad."

not a bad diet considering the consistency of nutrient timing, however the 2 cups pasta for dinner? Thats a negative when cutting bigtime, imo. Focus more on getting carbs in only before and immediately after a workout when its the most optimum time the body truly needs them. The rest of the days carbs should come from fruit or 100% WHOLE sources or sprouted grains like Ezekiel Bread. If your worried about losing muscle while cutting just up the protein or add in BCAA's. A few of those shakes really help me dial in the BF when leaning out. At the very least cut carbs after 4pm and you should be fine. If your losing more than 1.5 pounds a week, your prolly losing lean muscle too, so be careful.
