Size loss when cutting across different body parts

Some people use steroids to be elite. I use steroids to compensate bottom 1% genetics and I guess that goes for my heart too.

ChatGPT says I’m still at 17% body fat at 83kg so looks like I’ll need to cut at least another 6kg. Also means I’ve lost nothing but muscle since 89kg as it gave me the same estimate then.
Jesus fucking Christ mate. Noone in the history of human kind lost contractile tissue by losing 7kg bodyweight, including those that fasted out of torture. Especially on trt high enough for most 100kg bodybuilders.

Chatgpt takes a solid half a second, sometimes not even that on the responses and has no grasp on bodycomposition at all. You are talking to a computer. It has no context for live tissue. Lighting, angle, time of day, bone density, skin thickness, water, keratin etc are all not parts of the calculation it makes. It look at the picture, finds similiar one on the webs and takes random peoples guesses into consideration with no value compensation for Karen off the block vs a specialised doctor.

You did not lose muscle tissue.

I swear some people can't be helped at all, dude can't even take good news.

If you are just looking for validation for your statement that you've lost muscle:

You are tiny and lost all muscle tissue on your body and it's all beyond repair. Your connective tissue is now moved by the holly spirit as your lean mass is now 100% your bones, tendons, ligaments hair and skin. You are now a blob of fat.

Man you’ve been lifting now 10 years blasting and cruising for how long and you’re still with that composition while wrecking your heart for nothing… made 0 progress since 2021… whether it’s genetics or not obviously it’s all not working… the gear, the lifting, whatever diet. Why not just be natural and maintain exactly the same body?

If I have to pick between a sharp angular face and being big I’m going to pick the first one any day.
Yeah, you're legitimately retarded. Body dysmorphia, fake heart problems and thinking ChatGPT is accurate at estimating body fat percentage.

Thinking you lost ONLY muscle after being 6kg down, lmao.

Problem is you didn't need steroids to be a tiny lean pussy but ok.

Natty I would have a good 10kg less lean mass, it really goes from “meh physique” to an actual skeleton or skinny fat. I think the dose I’m taking now is a good compromise but I do regret the blasting and cruising because in the end there is nothing to show for it except my heart arrhythmias.
