Skin Care Routines

I find hgh and tretinoin cream to be a game changer for skin complexion

Hgh boosts collagen

Then I just started using tretinoin, but it seems to help with skin tightening and adding a nice look to the skin. I think it takes a few weeks to really start seeing effects though

Morning: facewash, 20% azelaic acid, moisturizer with SPF
Night: facewash, tretinoin, moisturizer

you can get a tube of azelaic acid or tretinoin from sponsors on here for $5. A tube usually lasts me 1 month.

I use Bio oil on every inch of my body. Im not a body builder but i did have strecth marks and hyper pigmintation spots that are not even visible anymore. Makes your skin feel like silk. Even with losing alot of weight i dont have wrinkles or saggy skin anywhere. My face gets dry though so someone with oily pone skin shouldnt use it on their face. Just body.

I use Cerave gentle face wash in the morning
followed by Tretinoin on face and neck every other day and adapalene on opposite days
bio oil to seal it in and keep moisturized (heavily)
Is the bio oil "oily" like baby oil?

Do you use a prescription strength tretinoin? Or does Amazon have it?

Not so much. But than again I have skin that soaks up oil and leaves it feeling soft. For someone who has oily prone skin it might be too much oil. Im on the dryer side. Bio oil is in my opinion superior to baby oil and Vaseline's version of body oil. Ive tried all 3. Since i wrote that post though ive actually been trying something new that is equally great. Buying raw shea butter and whipping it up or adding some other moisturizer to it. Skin is so soft.

another thing I ad to my routine that is frowned upon is using diluted rubbing alcohol as a body toner immediately after the shower. The steam from the shower opens the pores ands then the alcohol cleans them out and shuts them ( I think)
Whatever it does has gotten rid of stubborn ingrown hairs and blackheads. Especially after you shave or wax (it will burn) Sometimes when I rub myself down with alcohol I can see several blackheads or tiny ingrown hairs on my hands. I got the idea when I was researching "tend skin" which contains mostly alcohol. The reason why it works so well. Using rubbing alcohol on my whole body daily is probably also the reason why I need to use so must moisturizers and oil but at least skin is incredibly clear

Yeah prescription grade tretinoin. 0.05% one

Our buddies in India have it, or if you're in more of a hurry, our friend with an A has it as well

It works great though. Feel like my skin tone looks way better, skin looks tighter, glows more. I'll definitely keep using it

Tretinoins amazing. Where i am its dirt cheap, like $5 for a multi month supply, and on a cost to benefit ratio is by far the best value anti aging agent you can get your hands on.

The biggest downside is it really makes your skin hypersensitive to sunlight so you really gotta be careful or you end up with bad sunburns and melasma.

I also really like mandelic acid as a chemical exfoliant, it gets rid of melasma like freckling within just a couple applications. Its tricky to incorporate if your also using tretinoin because the tret makes your skin really sensitive, if you do it wrong you end up looking like a tomato from the mild chemical burn. But its possible to be using both, you just need to slowly work your way into it.
