I have these 5mg melatonin tabs I use every now and then I heard your sleep can become dependent on those pills if you use em for too longMelatonin tabs or drops. We got the drops this time. They say its a Drug-Free all natural sleep aid thats safe to use. Melatonin is already found in our bodies but some people may not produce as much or enough of it to have a full restful nights sleep. I do know that working out stimulates the productuon of melatonin within our bodies from the studies i have done on it. Idk bro jus thought id throw it out thier instead of pinting you towards narcotics which can be addictive. Dont jus take my word for it though bro. Do some research an studying on it before giving it a try if you want. Good luck brotha. Ill leave some pics below jus so you can see what it looks like for future reference.....

Well thats jus because it wears you out an forces your body to release melatonin naturally from within the body an that's what helps you sleep fall asleep in the first placehonestly if you're tryna sleep, have sex with your girl an after you nut catch some Zs. better then melatonin. garunteed.

Thank you This is why I was pointing him in that direction to begin with. It is the safest non-habit forming sleep aid available....A quick serach an study will prove itYou aren't gonna become dependent on melatonin. Melatonin is arguably the safest sleeping supplement especially compared to the alternatives benzodiazepines, antihistamines etc... Give it a try.
