Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

I'm excited to see where this diet takes you... The changes are steady and clear to see. You're definitely getting leaned up.

I think the supps and your diet have been pretty on point lately too, I bet they played a role. I'm taking notes.

You know it! The diet and supplements (vitamins, omegas etc) have played such a big role, I have been shocked. I wish I learned and believed their importance earlier

@Wunderpus Dude you look about 10lbs bigger but leaner than your previous pics. Very nice work bro.
That's a pretty accurate calculation, weight is up about 16lbs from the start of my cut, which would seem bad.... But, clearly something worked.

Try beta alanine and creatine combo. Look up the sides to beta first though. That tingling is scary but you'll start to like it

Once my appetite got back on track, I started getting really into the micros and superfoods... I've been playing around with methods to tweak insulin sensitivity.

Boys and girls, I welcome you to the next phase in building my version of the perfect monster.

I wanted to run my bulk until February 15th, but after talking to some members, and just feeling tired of trying to grow, I'm gonna cut down then take at least 1 month off all gear, maybe 2, we shall see how I feel. Not sure if I'll keep GH in during that sober period, still debating that.

The idea here is to melt as much fat, and retain as much muscle as possible, DUH!

Here's the plan, Stan:

I may continue to pin tren a after week 4, and adjust depending on how I tolerate the sides. I like the idea of using enanthate as the base, then adding or subtracting ace as your body
The program will be John Meadows 2016 Arnold Classic prep. I will follow it as closely as possible, unfortunately he doesn't discuss his diet or cardio in this program, like he does with the Universe Prep. So, I'll go with Palumbo's diet here, and cardio. It worked great for me in the past, why change it? The cardio will change as needed.

The Syntherol Program will be used in conjunction with this (boo hoo for those of you who want to continue to talk shit). Multiple, multiple "experts" in SEO have advised me to use synthol in my "cut" to maintain fullness in the muscles. Also, a small amount of test prop will be added to each shot, probably 25mg's or less, nothing to write home about. I will adjust my test enan as needed.

Here's the structure:
Monday- Chest (base)
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- Back (pump)
Thursday- Arms
Friday- Chest (pump)
Saturday- Back (base)

Welcome aboard!
I apologize if you discussed this yet but, are you taking a 2 week break from the clen when you hit your 14 day mark? Or are you just gonna run the clen non stop?

I'm off clen completely right now. But, in the future, I will run it longer than 14 days straight.

Putting in the work man! Keep it up!! Looking like you'll be beating the ladies off with a stick at the beach this summer!

Thank you, it means a lot. I've really been pushing this shit 110% for a while now, and it feels great to truly see the effects manifest physically. People oftentimes just don't know WHAT it really takes to have a dramatic change, so they blame it on bad genetics, bad gear, or whatever. It's always diet and hard work first, then gear somewhere towards the end in terms of importance. I am learning this the older, and wiser, I become. My gear usage hasn't climbed really too much at all in the last year or two, but the progress has grown significantly.... I do believe it's largely from learning how to eat better (in terms of goals) as well as the micro nutrients (last 3 months or so now). Also, nutrition timing has just been so huge for me, as well as not eating too late.

Diet and training brother. Nothing trumps effort.

You're putting in the hours, it shows. I'm starting my summer cut soon myself, I'll be chasing your passion for getting all cut up. Gonna be a good summer. ;)

It was literally a month, man. I cannot believe how fast I leaned out. That's why I'm taking a break and filling back out. The pic I just posted was literally an hour ago... The changes were fucking unreal that I went through over the last month, ask @Eman or @GearGodess , they've seen the daily changes.

Super proud of you my friend. Yes that is definitely great progress and yes, we get daily updates and each day they are better and better. I remember WP's comments or questions almost not believing if it's possible what he's seeing and so quickly. Vitamins and minerals play a huge role too. And I am super happy you decided to take the plunge with superdrol, it's one badass compound! :)

These are results most people would be happy with, losing fat quickly. It was just TOO fast for my liking, and I planned on cutting for 16 weeks. It wasn't a BAD thing, per say, but just not the direction I was looking to go. I like slow and steady progress, not rapid and almost scary results. I'd rather just take it a bit slower, that's all. This isn't some major failure, it's just about readjusting... If you don't readjust as needed, you will sometimes miss your end target. I've been around long enough to know slow and steady progress is sustainable, looks better, and feels better. Rapid fat and water loss feels like SHIT, especially as far out from my end date as I was.

I drastically underestimated how quickly I would lean out, that's all. I just knew that if I kept going at that rate, I'd start to lose a lot of muscle. I had to pump the breaks on the weight loss.
I feel you, plus it doesn't make people question what you're on which can be annoying at times. Either way, judging from ur avi, u look beasty mang!

I was around 14 or so when my dad started teaching me how to actually lift weights. I took a few years off, but, there are 10+ years of lifting weights with varying degrees of intensity.

As far as the AAS usage, I started TRT about 6 years ago, it was maybe 2 or 3 years after that when I started to play around with stuff.

As far as the "interesting" comment, well, it's really not all the interesting. It's pretty standard, really. Set a goal, and realize that sometimes you need to adjust accordingly. In my case, results were coming faster than I had hoped for, but they didn't look or feel the way I wanted them to. So, I slowed them down by adding in calories and upping the training intensity, as well as removing any potentially catabolic drugs for now.
What was your reason for starting trt if u don't mind me asking?

I got a 11 lb bag of protein to save some money. I have been eating a lot and its been costing a lot. So I hope that will save money and increase protein.

Are you taking any protein powder? BCAAS? Creatine?
