Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

Heyyyy you beautiful fucks!

I wanted to pop in and post a brief update for you guys...

Firstly, is there anything you guys would like me to add to this log to make it more interesting? I want to be as detailed and informative as possible, as well as give the most honest firsthand experiences I can... Let me know if there's other info you guys would like me to post about throughout this journey.

Anywho, a few tweaks have been made in the diet... I've lowered the carbs a BIT as insulin usage is now JUST being used on leg day and arm day... Soon, it'll be no insulin until about September-ish. You can still "cut" with insulin, but you guys need to remember taking a break from everything, especially insulin, is a MUST. 15iu Humalog doesn't have the same PUNCH it did a few weeks back, so that's a good sign to me it's time to give it a rest. I'd never recommend using insulin for more than 4 weeks anyway, and always take a day or two off a week with it. Sensitivity is key to both results, and your health.

Cardio will be thrown in 2x or so a week right now, most likely post lift on my "pump" days... This new Onslaught program has really been fun! The workouts seem a bit shorter than I'm used to, but they're also very intense... I like it.

Weight is chilling around 230-233lbs, abs are still visible but no real obvious vascularity on them except at the very bottom. Hoping this changes soon with the diet and cardio adjustments.

I am a big believer in changing diet, then training and lastly drugs to suit your needs. A lot of folks hop on T3, ECA, clen etc. before increasing cardio or lowering carbs/macros... Why? Because it's "easier" but it's really not an effective way of learning or doing things. This, I believe, is why a lot of people see a "rebound" from T3 etc... Not because of the suppression on the thyroid, but because diet and training changes weren't made, just the metabolism was sped up as a crutch... Drop the crutch, weight comes on fast! *Broscience*

I really am going to miss growing for a bit, I do struggle with losing size and strength on a cut. I'm used to wanting to be bigger, so any weight drop is a bit of a mental hurdle for me, even emotional in a way.

By the way, these 5% nutrition products (mostly Real Food and the crystallized egg whites) are awesome... Still highly recommend them, as painful as that might be...

Your arms responding to the insulin and GH protocol?

Well i know youve struggled with it. I have too. I was hoping theres light at the end of the tunnel
Definitely. I feel I get to train them more frequently when using that protocol, which is nice. I have been doing one "heavy" day and then one "pump" day a week, seems to really make a difference.

I guess it makes sense. You can ram more nutrients and protein directly in to the body. Has to make a difference i guess

Funny how us meatheads are so much alike. I love bulking, so when i cut its a complete mind fuck. Watching the scale go backwards is depressing. Funny thing is i get far more compliments when im lean, ( single digits) than when im 10lbs heavier. But feeling your sleeves loosin up causes me to panic. Anyway my 2c

Totally the same! People actually think you look bigger most of the time... But it's a mindfuck for me...

the struggles of losing weight. we're all on a never ending quest to be big. Like old saying once said "the day I began lifting, is the day I became forever small"

Gear changes:

I've made an executive decision to try running my first cycle in YEARS with low-ish test... I wanna see what this high tren, low test, mumbo jumbo is all about. I haven't run higher tren than test since my first run with tren... However, I want to see what my body looks like with very minimal aromatization... So, it's gonna be:

Low-ish test prop (700mg's/week)
High tren (starting at 1000mg's/week, I am certain this will go up)
High masteron (1000mg's/week)
Anavar (100mg's/day)
GH (Still at ~18iu/day)

I am a BIT concerned to try this, to be honest. Firstly, I worry I will lose a lot of my dense mass in this period while lowering test... Secondly, I worry that running high GH without any insulin and lower carbs will make me look flat as shit.... But, this is an experiment, and I can always adjust if needed.

Let's see how this shit goes!

Thats pretty high tren bud
Not good

LOL, I've run it WAY higher than that. 2100mg's/week was wayyyy too much for me. I handle the tren sides well... In fact, I don't really get them untill about 1500mg's/week.
Holy fucking god. I folded at 350mg a week my first run. 2100mg would land me in a bad spot. How the hell do you guys run it that high?!? God bless you man lol

I really don't know... Just doesn't really murder me like it does some guys.

Its not really the sides im talking about
Its the nerve issues that doses like that will ruin over time and of course your at near maximum neurologically stimulated from it at about 70mg a day of Ace

Damn WP lol.....I'd stroke the hell out on 2100mgs of tren a wk. I'm digging the new Avi man. Lookin swole...er then ever;)
