A little bit of experimentation happened yesterday, and I think it was awesome!
I've been toying with the idea of running short HIGH insulin and HIGH oral blasts for 18-21 days and then taking 3+ weeks off, and then restarting... This is based solely on the idea of sensitivity, and, safety. We all know orals that're abused over long periods, especially at high doses, run a risk of liver damage/harm. Well, insulin is no different, you can risk things such as diabetes with reckless and prolonged use.
Here's what I did:
2 hours pre workout 50mg's anadrol, 100mg's anavar. Bill Roberts recommends stacking these two together, and I really have enjoyed the "synergy" in the past. This is RELATIVELY mild in terms of hepatoxicity as well, and doesn't seem to cause any BP related issues... 100mg's of drol seems to be a bit much for some people, but var is almost always tolerated at 100mg's.... So, together you seem to get the best of both worlds.... The strength and morale boost from the drol, along with the crazy pump from the var and I like var's property which increases creatine synthesis... It's a no brainer to add with the intra-workout I use.
1 hour pre workout: Pin 8iu GH
45 minutes pre workout: Pin Humulin R (
@ChestRockwell mentioned his liking of Humulin R to me pre workout... I've never used it, but it seems like common fucking sense once you think about it... You get your insulin drip during, and after, your workout. Duh! This is WAY easier to track, for me at least, than Humalog pre and post...)
20 minutes pre workout: Shake 1 of 25g protein (I used Piana's egg white crystals.... I really, really, like these... They mix well with everything and don't have a milky texture... So it's nice with juice, or pre made "mixes" such as a BCAA powder). You could obviously use whatever high quality protein powder you like, digestibility is fucking KEY here, no cheap shit, no casein etc. Liquid egg whites would work, too, I just don't love drinking a ton of liquid pre workout. This shake was:
- 25g's of protein
- 1 Scoop Xtend BCAA (the Blood Orange flavor is SO good)
- 5 Grams of creatine mono
- 3 grams taurine
- 2000mg's citrulline malate
- 40 carbs worth of natty grape juice
- 15 carbs worth of natty honey
- 1 scoop of Rich Piana's 51/50 Pre Workout (this shit is fire....)
75 minutes after first shake:
I was almost done with my lift, finishing up biceps, calves and abs... So I was glad I used the powdered egg whites... Seems to digest well and not cause nasty bloating or get stuck in my stomach... This was just like sipping an intra for me. Shake was:
-25g's of protein
- 1 Scoop Xtend BCAA (the Blood Orange flavor is SO good)
- 5 Grams of creatine mono
- 3 grams taurine
- 40 carbs worth of natty grape juice
- 15 carbs worth of natty honey
75 minutes after shake two:
- 50 grams of protein, I used liquid egg whites here
- 1/4 cup of oatmeal
- some unsweetned almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 stevia packet
This pump was insane! I felt awesome and completely fueled throughout my whole workout. It's a bit tough to drink all those shakes, I'm going to use less water next time.
This process will be used 3 or 4 days a week, on my heaviest days and days without post lifting cardio.... I will then take a few weeks off and hit it again. Maybe I'll try dbol next time?
