Slipped om contest prep 8 days out

Today I am looking my absolute best. Never ever been this lean and big in my life. The cheat meal didnt hurt me :) And to you who said it wasn’t my body giving up- have you ever been contest lean? I mean reaaally really depleted and lean? I fkin look like a skeleton in my face. I’ve thrown up multiple times fighting hunger this 20 week prep. I’ve cheated Once during this time… ONCE. Call me weak minded again you loser.
 
I agree , but I was only trying to help brother. He’s 8 days out and I assume the foods he ate may have caused some inflammation and water which can sometimes last. 2 days lowering carbs, a little extra cardio and some sauna or a herbal diuretic would help him to get back to baseline as fast as possible
To get back on track as fast as possible. I have competed in 1 show and it was men’s physique. So, no , I’m not on your level and take you as a high level competitor and won’t argue . My intentions were only

No need to apologize man. Only here to help. Panic and extreme action hardly ever do more good and bad in my experience, especially outside of a watchful eye.

It is your mind. Your body is capable of unthinkable shit that your mind is designed to protect it from.

Of course you think you look your best. You just filled back up from depleted. If youre even remotely lean, binging on carbs will make you full and dry. But nobody at the show is gonna give a shit what you looked like 8 days out under your home lighting. I hope you do well.

A competitors mind would be thinking “what if I didn’t crack and binge on foods I know I shouldn’t eat?” Learn from it or don’t. Your choice.

I don't understand. One day binge. Ok. What's done is done. Your bodyfat is now pretty much where it is going to be on show day. You should be carb depleting or starting to fill out with carbs now for the show.

Mac11wildcat asked if you have a coach. Do you?

If not, then what is your plan for the last 7-8 days?
