Small Calves

So as the title of this thread says, I have small calves. If you were like me once and now you’re not, what finally worked for you?

I know genetics play a large role, but there still must be something to grow these little guys lol
Walking on treadmill on steep incline, seated calf raises sets of 50 at least 4 sets everyday for a week, 2 days off 7 more on. There's a thread on here somewhere Roger rabbit was talking about for growing calfs

Yes, walking uphill loads the calves very well. very good. At one time, mountain biking and walking uphill gave me good progress.

Basically calves are worked all day and stabilize your body. So most who struggle or say my calves don’t grow don’t work them enough.

Who has the biggest calves? Mailmen/women and balarinas. This is because they work the 8+ hours per day.

When we go to the gym and do let’s say, 15 reps with 3 sets that really is nothing at all and is why we see zero results from a muscle group that is used all day.

Our goal is to recruit more satellite cells to the area and force them to grow and how to do this is doing reps of 100 per set and getting total of 600-800 reps in. you can do more per set than 100 if you are able, but by 100 you will be hurting.

Or you can do like taco did and do 200 reps per day for several days in a row. This will also force them to grow. But you will be hurting like others have said but how bad do you want calves?

I hate to be “that guy”

But a quick fix is a few bottles of pump and pose. Pick up a 10cc syringe. I haven’t done it myself but I know several people who have, and I plan on doing it to bring myself from 18” into the 20-21” range.


For training you need some good exercises obviously and you need to push hard, have good form, and work multiple rep ranges 2-3 times per week. Like with any muscle group.


Anyways pump 10cc into each calve 2-3x per week for a few weeks and just like with SEO and any other body part it will be improved. Make sure to do it deep and inject intelligently. Back in the Dorian Yates days all they had was olive oil and lidocaine lol. Mixed that with some benzo and gear. It’s another big secret to bodybuilding no one wants to admit to. Liters of SEO as well as copious amounts of PEDs.

With that being said - do NOT think it’s acceptable to just run off and megadose gear and SEO.

Doing one bottle in your calves or arms once in your life is way different. Sacroplasmic hypertrophy, and something that should only
Be added on after years of hard training and exhausting other methods.

With that being said I can’t wait, I’m saving up for a final huge blast before I retire the big cycles for good, and using some SEO in my calves/arms/chest/shoulders is going to be part of that.
