Small forearms

I eventually built monkey bars all through the paths of my house ,to go to and fro the rules while in my home have been only to use monkey bars(taking shits and pissing has been a learning experience)my family adapted,first my wife threatened to leave me...but the benefits and forearm growth has astounded everyone.If you believe this I have many more tales to share.

Forearms are easy..
Yes, after 30yrs I finally learn how to train :)

Behind the back wrist curls with 45lb bar..
Yes, the 45lb bar is plenty of weight..
Down slow.. you can go all the way down straightening fingers like I do,
then slow up and squeeze the life out of your muscle.. forearms in this case..
This will blow up the bottom part of forearm.. palms face down.. that bottom

Reverse curls will build the top part, but it's not the weight..
not even the speed.. It all comes down to Training The Muscle..
The squeeze exhausts the muscle and lets the muscle know
that it is being worked..

Drop the bar on the pegs for minute or so, then grab it
again.. Drop it down as much as or whenever you want in the set..

Just remember: It's not the reps, the weight, or the sets..
It's about exhausting that muscle..
The body has to be sure what muscle you want bigger, and
enough tension long enough is going to get this done..
You can train forearms every day or not every day.
this all depends on how much you eat and training duration..

I like to train all muscles every day for about 4-5 days.. I don't go heavy..
then back off with no training for about 2 days..

If you train them hard enough with tension .. Pacman calls this INTENSION
which is a good way to describe it, you will see some nice growth
during those days of rest..

even 7-8-9 days straight training.. I do 15min to 30min total workout...
then 2 days no training.. Growth will come fast.. Gear or no Gear..
This is bodybuilding..
Powerlifting I don't know..
I'm a boxer. My hand SPEED creates the power for me :)

I got the same problem. It doesn't matter if I under stroke, over stroke, double pump or grip and hold my arms don't grow. I've been stuck with the same arms for the last 15 years. I'd stop jerking off if I could get them to 18in.

Who I'm kidding I'll never stop beating off.
Brought this up with my wife last night. She explained that it wasn't my technique or form. She said her arms are no bigger and she's been working me the same which makes met believe that it must be faulty equipment.

I explained to her she must be a dumb bitch.
 
I worked my forearms pretty good today! Back day is always good for that. I curl my fingers around the handles/bar so my wrist points in. That way when my grip starts to give it reverts back to neutral position. White knuckle death grip and the pump is AMAZING! I look like Bigfoot little cousin in the mirror, knuckle dragger
