Somatrogon (NGENLA) Test Run

Decided to give this new long acting Somatrogon (NGENLA) by Pfizer a try. Probably too expensive for me to run consistently but wanted to see how it works and if it adds anything noticeable. I plan to do a quarter of the pen a week on top of my daily 5iu of Meditropes.

Looking forward to it. Will test IGF levels at the end and see if there is any elevation. If anyone has any suggestions on the protocol/testing let me know.

I will say, I love how the pen is designed. I’m hoping it with ultimately fit the cartridges I have for the Lilly pens I currently fill my GH and TB500/BPC with.

IGF-1 results will be 15 mg/week NGENLA + 5 IU/d Meditrope hGH?

Very curious to see IGF-1; have you ever tested IGF-1 before? with or without hGH

I'm confused on the dosing. Is it 1mg = 3IU? So you are adding 45 iu's a week?

Using the full pen (60mg) equates to approx 10iu of growth a day for a week.

Thanks. Based on some reports I've seen, was thinking more like GH @ 2-3 IU/d equivalent to NGENLA @ 10 mg/wk, which isn't too far from 10 IU/d per 60 mg/wk. (33-50 is pretty close to 60; at least it's not orders of magnitude difference)

So NGENLA is on par with or a little more expensive than pharma GH. Big convenience factor tho (injecting once/wk vs twice/d).

In that case you could look into CJC-1295 w/ DAC. Potentially reduce your daily hGH dose with 500 ug CJ E4D or something like that.

I’m real hesitant of the medical science I seen on dac, but I guess I’ve never thought of stacking it with hgh instead of secretagogues. I was more thinking of where long and short acting gh could bring the body together. I been waiting on a guy on sst to report back about it.
