Sore nipples, maybe gyno but normal labs..

Hey everyone,

weird recent happening - i started getting sore nipples for the first time ever and what seems to be a little gyno formation or exacerbation (could have been there but never irritated) as I have never had soreness or tenderness before.

Got labs, estrogen was like 19 (so not high at all), prolactin and progesterone were also very much normal and in the reference ranges.
I do not feel it is caused by me constantly touching it because I only do when ever something hits my nipple and i remember it hurts lol.

Only changes which somewhat coincide with the timing of this occurrence :

1. upped test by 50mg/week and upped primo - but again e2 etc labs are normal
2. used some test cream applied to the shoulders and upper chest a few days a week
3. started using some bpc157 again but ive used it many times without issue

compounds used are test primo anavar all which i have been using (even same batches) for about a year never with any issues before.

Is it worth getting some tamoxiphene or raloxiphene?

I was thinking maybe the test cream, which i have stopped yesterday and will continue to assess.

As i have gotten bigger the skin stretching and causing more irrational from rubbing on shirts has been an issue before. A change in laundry detergent can effect some people as well.

Are u taking 19nors or other progestins? That wont show in bloods.
Lower the test, get some raloxifene>tamoxifen. Primo is good but masteron is better for gyno(causes more hairloss tho).
Get some exemestane for in case.

No 19nors. test, primo and anavar - all real and have used the same vials / batches for >1 year. masteron would be interesting but hesitant because of the extreme reports of hair loss.

stopped test cream, Got some ralox, about 10 days in - don't think anything has gotten "worst" no real reduction in nipple mass, sensitivity does seem slightly down.
