Been eating everything in sight for a month now :( i know shitty ..... but Looking to drop some major weight , 30lbs give or take , im talking cardio twice a day 45 mins a.m and 45 mins p.m , 700 calorie deficit , high intense weight training light weight 12-15 reps .

how long can I stay on each at :

200mg's dnp to start then after a week 400mgs

50 mcgs tiromel then after a week 75mcgsfellas

Please don’t take this personally, however, you don’t need DNP. You need behavior change when it comes to food. You admitted this yourself basically in your post.

Use DNP after you have ingrained a real behavior change when it comes to your relationship with food. You will crush your goal with diet and exercise alone bud.

I would continue your plan exactly as described without the DNP and T3.

Copy that I agree with you , also 42 years old and I know I can do it in 3-4 months but I’d rather 6-8 weeks ... I def understand your post but like many others if I’m going to Florida from the northeast , yes I could drive there 22 hours but it’d be a hell of a lot better to be there in 2 hrs flying lol . With that said could u give advice on the Dnp/T3 ... if not no worries I get it [emoji1303] and thanks for your input my friend .

I would keep everything as you have it planned out except I would just drop the T3 unless you are on a cycle.

DNP is muscle sparing. T3 isn’t and will likely lead to muscle loss at that dose and in that deficit.

Plus most likely the OP’s thyroid will be running like nitro anyhow, try and food plus cardio. Damn bro, t3 will be counterproductive. T4 would be more ideal for your situation. However still. Would not recommend anything for your thyroid at the moment. ECA and fasted cardio. If you haven’t ran DNP before, and your appetite/eating habits are shit, good luck . You are gonna be in for a tough time. Dnp is gonna make you crave sugar, which is why my homeboy above has mentioned to you to change your behavior before attempting to get your tip wet. Dnp is a TOOL, not some magic fucking pull. If you are not disciplined enough to use it correctly then you run the risk of seriously injuring g yourself. Please do some fucking research. And also be patient, the people that look for the quick fix, because they aren’t willing to put in the time and energy it takes to achieve their goals with out the use of PEDS will usually gain all their weight back and SOME .
