5 days of 400mg left before I use up all 30 caps of 200mg DNP I bought. Everything is going well with the exception of extreme lethargy after training each day. I have not changed my workout routine at all and still train for 1:30-2 hours each day, afterwards I’m exhausted for about 2 hours and need to lay down before I continue on with my day. After resting up, the lethargy is extremely manageable for the remainder of the day. Strength is down quite a bit but that is to be expected. Sleep is fine and the night sweats are nothing to write home about even when I’m running tren concomitantly.
 
Took my first 200mg today to assess my tolerance. I'm just doing 10 days and raise it little by little. My son graduated college on May 6th so I'm stopping on the 2nd. I dont want to be pouring sweat at the ceremony. I'm going to try 4wks afterwards.

Well ended my run a bit early. Went 14-15 days. Honestly idk if I would run it again. Maybe in the winter. The heat was really an issue for me. Its already hot down where I am at and boy if I wasn’t in my house with the ac on 62 degrees I wasn’t enjoying shit. In the house Id still sweat bad at nights. It got better but still annoying. The gym performance suffered but there’s no getting around that as dnp effect on ATP. That part didn’t bother me at all. And I liked how muchb I was sweating in the gym. Makes me work harder.

Reason why I stopped.
Heat. Also I noticed on my very last day I was having trouble with vision. Like couldn’t focus. Everything was super blurry. Not sure if this is related but I tread someone say something about it in here earlier. So I figured I’d include my experience on that too.

Fantastic. Shit literally melts fat right off of you. And I had 3 days of pigging out. I started 215. 203 yesterday. And I feel like I’m going to loose more once the water goes away. One day only and looking better. Kinda deceiving while running it bc the water and loss of glycogen. But trust the processs.

What dose were u at? I gave 200mg for a week a shot and saw nothing I wouldnt have seen naturally.....thinking about giving 400x7-10 days a sjot

200mg of shredded labs or a different source? I did 200mg for first 7 days. 300mg for next 3. Then 400mg for the next 5. 400 was fucking brutal. I said I wouldn’t use it again but more I think about it having all the dnp I have I probably will. I just don’t need to go 400mg and I can avoid most of the harsh sides. No need to go above 200mg imo. Was plenty. And gave me very little sides. Just tad hot. And gym performance suffered. It wasn’t till I got up to 300 then 400 I experienced problems. If you weren’t seeing results at 200mg I’d question quality. If and when I do it again in the winter I’m going go 200mg and run it for tad longer and see how that works.
 
2nd day at 200mg. After I ate, my forehead was glistening in the ac, so a little warm. I dont think dnp will be a problem for me hopefully. It's only 2nd day at low dose so time will tell.
 
Bumped my dose to 600mg/day so I can done with this in 3 more days. Sitting pretty around 6-7% body fat right now. Once this is over with I’m going to reverse diet and slowly transition into a lean bulk for the summer.

600mg a day is the dosage where I can't last very long... 400mg a day, and I am fine. 600mg is where I get miserable.

Yeah I only have a few days left so I figured I’d just increase to 600mg and get it over with sooner.

So damn glad I’m in between jobs and not starting a new one until next week while I’m on DNP. I have not changed my training at all so when I get home I crash so fucking hard that I’m forced to take a nap for an hour before I regain enough energy to run errands. That’s honestly the only bothersome thing about DNP for me. The heat and sweating is absolute peanuts compared to how fucking hot I get and how much I sweat working outside framing apartments during the summer. Some days at work in the summer I feel like I’m going to have a heatstroke, at best DNP’s heat and sweating is a very mild annoyance compared to the conditions I work in. For whoever reads this though... your mileage will vary and just because I tolerate DNP extremely well does not mean you will. In fact I seem to be the rare case where it’s very mild for me even when I’m achieving 10 weeks of fat loss in 2 weeks on DNP.
 
Also worth noting that I do not use DNP so I can slack off and half ass my diet. Every single calorie and macro I eat gets logged into a handwritten food journal. Every piece of food, no matter how small, is weighed and logged. I’ve been doing the same thing for 8 years and have been using the same exact food journal for those 8 years as well. I read a lot about people who use DNP as a shortcut so they can eat all the garbage they want and lose weight and they are the picture children for morons who should not be touching such a chemical and who give the responsible users a terrible name.
 
t3 at 75mcg per day gives me night sweats, although not that bad I did discontinue its use because of this. Does this mean even on low doses of DNP I will be sweating through my sheets?
Lol, it all depends on when you take your dose, and what you consider a small dose, etc. I think @Eman would agree, there are several factors when taking dnp that could contribute to night sweats.
 
Sounds like a reasonable plan.
I think any plan that allows for someone to really get a good feel for how a substance affects them rather than jumping into something full speed ahead, is a good plan. Have you considered journaling. Keeping a log while you are on. I find this works wonders whether it be a cycle I am on of aas or dnp or both. Even though a lot of us, like to think that we have excellent memories, I find that when it comes to looking back and trying to remember certain the reality is that keeping a journal or log allows one to look back and use it a reference guide in the near or distant future. Just my 2cents
