Do you get what you did wrong though and can you learn from it? Saying a source doesn’t have to be vetted anymore undermines what we do here. Like @T-Bagger said, there’s always room for more vetting.

When people become complacent that’s when these guys take advantage. Especially so early on. The dude wasn’t here long at all.
