[SOURCE] Olympia Labs

Those pics need to have a crumpled paper with Meso and today’s date on it as well! Mandatory or don’t upload pics

How exactly step by step is your capping process also what type of capping machine are you using.
We use a Yarachel capsule maker. First step is we calculate the amount of filler (baking soda) needed for the amount of raw powder being capped. Next we thoroughly mix the filler with the raws using a stone polisher. Next the final powder is capped using the capsule maker.

On the way to the lab now! Will have crumpled paper with Olympia labs on it for the pics.

Not sure who prime n hammer is but I guess he has a good taste for granite counters. I have no idea what that source’s containers or marble tops look like.

Raw powders 1 and 2 aren’t even in stock or for sale yet.

Because you're striving for quality assurance? That's all well and good, but you have 12 compounds for sale and 3 tests.

Where are the other 9 tests?

As stated in the original thread, they are being shipped to Jano and awaiting results. Links to those will be added as soon as I receive the results.

Is it a manual type capper? If So, when you make your batch are you making it only for the amount of holes in the presser or making it for several presses?

What’s the technique of mixing with the stone polisher?

So you're selling compounds that haven't passed your rigorous quality assurance standards? You probably should have had those results prior to brewing and selling, don't you think?

You're flying blind on 9 compounds. If even one of those tests comes back bad, you'll have to do inventory damage control. Unless you just say fuck it and sell that shit anyway, right?

Me thinks you jumped the gun.

i know we have some desperate mother fuckers that come here, but even the most desperate should wait for those 9 compound tests to be put on display.

Those compounds did pass purity testing from the source who provides me the raws. However, I’m not going to post lab results from the supplier himself because I know I’d just get ripped apart for that. It’s more professional for myself to send the raws to Jano and post those results. As for raw powder 1-3, those also passed purity testing. I just don’t have them on sale because I have none in stock and I don’t think the demand for those will be high anyways. I do get your point that I should have my own purity testing results for every single compound for sale. I will post them as soon as they’re in, but I’m very confident the results will be 98+% purity like it has been for every other raw I’ve sourced from this supplier.

It is a manual capper. We only mix 100 caps worth of powder at a time (the capacity) to be more exact. We use a Michaelsons stone polisher which spins the powder inside to make sure the raws get evenly distributed in the filler.

How many are on your team?

You only mix 100 caps worth of product at a time? How many caps do you make per run? If your orals are on point, just a friendly warning - you better stay on top of stock.
Yep we definitely do. We make over 2000 caps per run. We just keep the process moving. The mixing 100 caps of powder at a time is mainly to ensure more accuracy.

You should at least get one that cranks out 200 caps. What size caps? Too lazy to go search. And good for you for having some Red Hot in the pantry.

We are investing in an industrial one that mixes 1000 automatically at a time in 2-3 weeks after we gain some capital from selling our products. And they’re size #0 caps.

Red hot is life

As I can understand you are only batch making 100 caps per batch. How do you know each cap is dosed evenly?

How do you account for the different weights of each aas compound like for example dbol and provi?

We use a very exact milligram scale to measure the amount of filler is held in each cap with the correct amount of compound raw powder added in. (This is done for each different compound because compounds have different weights like you said, and will therefore need a different amount of filler per cap) Then it’s just math to figure out the total amount of filler needed to make 100 caps of that compound. Then, you add 100 caps worth of the compound (weighed) with 100 caps worth of the filler (weighed). Then, the stone polisher mixes the filler with the compound evenly. Then, the final powder is capped into 100 pills. And it has always filled the 100 caps almost perfectly, confirming that the math done was right.

To be more specific as a stone polisher or brass cleaner is a good idea for mixing powders, baking soda is different consistency than a lot of other compounds.

I understand all of that but I’m talking about the different consistency of aas to baking soda (weights may have been the wrong word to use)

When using a stone or brass polisher heavier compounds will tend to mix in the middle therefore throwing your MG/cap off on each cap

But u do bring up a good fucking question though. How do you measure your mg/cap before ever adding the filler to determine final cap weight? It is basically the same as making tabs so just curious how u do it
